A lovely B&B. We stayed for a night in April and had a very enjoyable stay. Our room and bathroom were spotless and a lovely size. Fran who runs the B&B is a delightful lady, she couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great, plenty to chose from and more than enough. My friend and I both... More

We have just returned home after spending 3 nights at Fran's lovely home. Fran is so warm and friendly and our room and bathroom were absolutely spotless. Continental breakfast was delicious and we were made to feel immediately at home. Altogether a truly pleasurable experience and we will definitely be returning. Gary and Lori - North East

Fran is very inviting and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. There was a wide range of food on offer for breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. We particularly enjoyed her homemade jam that she had when we were there. We stayed for four nights altogether, to be... More

Fantastic B&B in an ideal location with the best hospitality you'll ever find. Fran's B&B is exceptionally clean and tastefully/beautifully decorated. I had the double bedroom downstairs with en-suite. The bed was so comfortable I asked Fran what type of bed/matress it was as I want to buy one for home! It's also in an ideal location with a parade... More

We stayed one night when attending a family party. Fran's B and B is spotless. The bed was so comfortable and it was lovely to sleep in percale sheets. The turn down service with the chocolate was a lovely gesture and so unexpected. TV and tea making in the room. The bed was so comfy. It is the best B... More

We only stayed one night but were made to feel so welcome by the owner, friendly Fran. It was like being part of her family, we were even invited to sit in her lounge while she decorated her Christmas tree! Our room was bright, clean and comfortable with a spacious en suite bathroom. Fran showed us round the rest of the... More

The rooms are really bright and very clean and beautifully decorated with good quality furnishings and linens/towels etc. Fran the owner is really very friendly and helpful. Will continue to stay there in the future. Very good... More

I stayed here for 4 nights while on a course and was made to feel so welcome and comfortable by Fran from the moment I arrived. It was like staying with your favourite aunt. In short, modern, comfortable, large bedrooms in a deceptively large and lovely house run by a fabulously lovely lady. Fran even let me and other guests... More

Brilliant! Very convenient with off-road parking. Bus stops and shops nearby, beautiful house with good kitchen and neat garden. The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds, the WiFi worked perfectly and the breakfast was delicious. The owner, Fran, is very friendly and helpful. I'm definitively going back next time I go to England!
