While the location can not be changed, the quality of service, cleanliness and attention of the staff is a world away from the previous reviews. stayed here whilst working in area, only stayed 1 night due to the hotel being filthy dirty, rude staff, no towels, toilet rolls ,soap provided . one of the rooms used by my colleague had a small kitchenette and there was rotting food found in the fridge (disgusting). would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

This review is malicious and libellous. The material facts are untrue. The customer's group was rude and abusive to staff after being refused service in the bar. We booked the Bell for a family get together and we booked 4 rooms, 2 at the front and 2 at the back.. The 2 rooms at the front are directly across from the Litern Tree Fun Pub which is open to the early hours at weekend and is very very loud as the bedrooms are approx 30m away you... More
