This was a last minute booking and it took us by surprise. As we entered the gates, the place just looked fantastic, and when we were greeted at the door and shown around we couldn't believe how nice a place we walked into. The service was brilliant and the attention to detail was amazing. We've never stayed in a nicer... More

Looking for a last minute place to stay in Aylesbury, I happened upon this fantastic little B&B. I arrived late but had plenty of communication with the owners. The room itself was more like something out of a boutique hotel with lovely touches such as the mini fruit salad and bowl of nuts. The bed was just soooo comfy and... More

The service was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond service expectations. All the rooms are finely decorated and spacious. Breakfast every morning is cooked fresh and has a homemade feel. Attention to detail is second to none and I highley recommend this place to others. :) Holli and Jay

You could barely ask for any more... sure there are no manky sausages on offer... sure you might get a room with no ensuite... but where else will give you the homely feel and little extras that you can find here... nuts... mini fruit salad .. biscuits all waiting for me on arrival... free secure parking... giant tv... comfy warm... This is definitely a great place to stay. The rooms each have an individual touch and are very comfortable. There is plenty of secure off road parking behind the electric gates. Tea making facilities and a hearty breakfast- if you opt to have breakfast- it is well worth it and a great start to the day. The landlady is very... More

Lovely hosting. Rooms are well appointed and truly individual, no corporate styling, just good taste and comfort. Massive tv in rooms, free easy to access wifi and very useful information folder recommending local eateries and places of interest. Bathrooms are full of fluffy towels, toiletries and lovely hot water! Breakfast a real feast. Second stay here now and would recommend... More

This is a great place to stay, warm and friendly and very comfortable - an oasis in the middle of Aylesbury, especially with the secure parking behind locked gate and beautiful garden surrounding the house. The space outside would be great for artists. Not all rooms are ensuite, so choose carefully - but the one I had was very comfortable... More

Stayed here recently whilst on business & have to say I could not add anything to what is a perfect B&B. Situated 1 minute's walk from the town centre of Aylesbury & with plenty of off-road parking behind electric gates, my first impression was very good. Met at the door by Arden the landlady (vey nice lady) given all the... More

I was originally looking for a hotel in Aylesbury but after looking on Tripadvisor and reading the reviews settled on Ardenwood. Every thing was fine and if you like old motoring magazines there are loads to look at from the 1960's onwards. The only small downside was our room did not have ensuite facilities. But I knew that when I... More

Having seen its excellent trip advisor rating and near perfect score we looked forward to our stay for a weekend seeing family. Sorry to say but we cannot fully support the almost flawless ranking. On our return and considering other feedback, it's become apparent that a full English breakfast is potentially available if notice is given. We feel that we... More
