I booked this as a weekend break for myself and my girlfriend. Upon arrival we were told our room had been given to someone else as they had a small child and didn't want to be above the bar. After complaining reception were very understanding and moved us as we didn't want to be above the bar with 2 weddings... more

We've been to this is hotel several times before as the hotel has an excellent programme of evening events. Normally, as we only live a few miles away we don't stay over. This time we were attending the midsummer ball with in-laws so we decided to book a couple of rooms for the night. The only available rooms were executive... more

This is one of the finest hotels I have stayed at, as the staff are really friendly, the food great and the beer cold...... We arrived for a three night stay and had the break we needed and found this hotel to be everything that we wanted, it is very stylish yet sensibly priced (We paid £99 B&B per night).... more

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of June - the hotel is very modern and trendy. However, we were a little disappointed with our room - the hotel wasn't anywhere near full capacity but we were given the smallest room with no windows, only loft windows, which was a real shame as the views are so beautiful.... more

My wife booked this hotel for a spa break. Considering how much it cost, this is a very over priced hotel that you will either love or hate. For me, I did not warm to it. The decor is modern and dark. The attic room we had was small, and at the rear. We had no windows with a view... more

We were really tired when we arrived on the Friday night after a heavy week at work. When we arrived we went straight to the spa complex. My wife loved it! After the session in the spa we felt completely relaxed and thoughts of work etc were long gone. The hotel is really well laid out and furnished and all... more

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding recently. Rooms were nice and large. Nice bathroom (although the floor did get quite wet because there was not a proper door on the walkin shower). Hardly any power sockets though so couldnt dry hair in front of mirror and also tebags hadnt been topped up - so could only have weird and... more

The hotel was lovely and clean, the food in the restaurant was amazing - well done to the chef. I loved the whole feel of the surroundings and the views from the windows were stunning. more

This is the second time we have stayed here, pleasant surroundings and lovely rooms and if you are on the best side of the hotel you get fantastic views, we love it here because of the pool and spa, real luxury, fluffy towels supplied, heated hand rails, great showers its a real treat, the downsides are minor, no plug near... more

Recently stayed at Cadbury as part of a business trip to the south west. Normally I would stay in the centre of Bristol but I decided on this hotel based on the fact that its website showed it had “first rate” spa/gym facilities. From the moment of arrival to checking out the staff were pleasant and helpful. The spa/gym facilities... more
