My husband and myself ate at the hotel on a busy Saturday night and had the most fantastic meal ever. The quality of the food and the presentation were second to none. This was a silver service restaurant and combined with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff made it an evening to remember. more

The staff are so helpful, the rooms are well furnished and tastefully decorated. The food is wonderful and the spa centre is excellent - I really can't wait to return. more

I also stayed at Cadbury House on 31 October and although it should be a great hotel some notable issues mean it isn't, at least at the moment. Although I don't think other reviewers comments on the check-in time or differing prices are fair, as both are common practice in the industry other things definitely failed to meet my expectations... more

Our visit started oddly - we had to wait over 90minutes to be checked into our room due to an electrical problem. The receptionist mentioned that if the problem could not be resolved, then we may be upgraded - the problem was solved (although we were left with a smashed light bulb in alight fisyure) and we had our orignal... more

Really enjoyed our stay here. The facilities are exceptional - particularly the spa area. The rooms were lovely - could have done with a bath though. The staff were very welcoming and everything was very clean and well set out. TV on the wall good. more

From the moment I walked in I was stunned with how nice this hotel is, from the staff to the rooms everything was excellent. The hotel was modern and very tastefull I was very impressed with the fitness facities they are the best I have been to in a very long time. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. more

The clear glass windows from the bedroom into the en-suite gave no privacy to anyone in the room!!. With friends in for a drink, the bathroom was totally useless.
