This place is excellent value for money, and that is at normal price - not waiting for special offers as I would normally look for. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you could need, including free WiFi - I take my own toiletries anyway. The breakfast is a bonus, a choice of freshly cooked to order with plenty of... Having taken a new job in the Bristol Parkway North area, I wanted to stay somewhere close by while I worked out my long term location plans. For 2 months from January I stayed about 3 nights per week. Not always in the same room but the standards were consistent throughout. Where this B&B really shines is the wonderful staff... More

We spent 2 nights here, not consecutive so changed rooms. Both of the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable with modern en suites. The showers weren't very powerful but there was plenty of hot water so not really a problem. Breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented and the staff were friendly and courteous. The building itself is a real gem... More

This was our first trip to this bed and breakfast. We picked it primarily for its location but would definitely return due to its great facilities. We stayed in two of the family rooms. Each had a double bed and a single bed and a very modern en suite. The rooms were decorated to a high standard and were very... More

Taking my mam away for a few days to visit her elderly relatives I was a little unsure initially booking this as overall ratings were scoring 3.7. From arriving my uncertainties ceased, accommodation clean modern and very comfortable. My retired mam thought it was wonderful even down to the Christy towels. The location ideal for where we were visiting.Thank you... More

I stayed here for one night on a business trip and was given the choice between here and nearby budget chain hotels. This was not just 30% cheaper but it was a home away from home. Very modern, clean and somewhere I'd go back to for a getaway or business. Thanks

Arriving into Bristol I jumped in a taxi and asked to be taken to the Coach House Hotel.....the driver had never heard of it and neither had a few others whom he asked. So, we went on the web and headed for Hambrook - a distance out of the city centre (about £20 taxi fare). Arriving at the hotel which... More

Down for a day to see our son's new 'student house' and take him out for a birthday dinner we wanted a bolt hole to stay in for the night. All the small independents with parking in the city centre were fully booked and I dislike the impersonal nature of the big chain hotels, so we settled on The Coach... More

Lovely quirky accommodation. the 'outside' rooms were warm, comfortable with superb wifi connection. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and everything possible was thought of. The breakfast was excellent and served quickly when I explained I was running late The pub of the road served a reasonable evening meal. All in all a good experience

Passing through Bristol, we only stayed for one night at The Coach House. We received a warm welcome from the owner. The room was very nice although a bit crowded, but all family rooms in B&B's usually seem to be. The building was had lots of character, as did our room. The bathroom was very well updated. The breakfast was... More
