There are only 2 hotels I choose in Bristol, the one Hotel du Vin, the other Premier Inn Cribbs Causeway. The staff are always "on the ball", the rooms are large and well appointed, the standard never varies. The quality of breakfast is consistent and , with the food cooked to order, not the ubiquitous long standing buffet effect. The... more

I stayed here with my sisters for one night. We were having a shopping spree at The Mall and wanted a budget overnight stay nearby. We'd previously stayed at another well known budget hotel nearby and it was diabolical so we decided to try the Permier Inn this time. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.... more

We (2 x Adults, 2 children) stayed here on our way to Devon just for the night. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff and the children were told to find the two hidden ducks in the room which was very exciting for them. They found the ducks and took them back to reception and got a... more

I have stayed here about 20 times in the past few months so this is an amalgam of all the stays. Each stay was typically one or two nights, with one of three nights The location is fine as long as you are happy with out of town industrial/retail park (which I am when on business) The car park is... more

This premier Inn seems fairly new but not sure what it has been built out of. We had a first floor room with occupants above who when walking around or laying any item down on the floors practically shook our room. It creaked, squeaked and was generally annoying. I have stayed in other new build Premier Inns and not had... more

Jun 5, 2009 | Trip type: Friends getaway

We stayed at this inn overnight with a number of friends after attending a wedding nearby last weekend. We found it to be just the job -- room very clean, everything worked, very secure environment but the main thing I would like to highlight was the friendliness and competance of the staff. They couldn't be a nicer team, especially those... more

We stayed here for a weekend break.....went to the shops and travelled down to Burnham on Sea the following day. This is ideally located for Cribbs Causeway and is a bigger than usual Premier Inn and very modern. The room was very large and very new looking , clean and tidy. It has a small bar and small restaurant on... more

This was the first time we have stayed at this particular premier Inn, and found it to be great, our room was large and clean, as was the bathroom, yes it did get a bit warm but not anything too bad, the restaurant and bar were good and staff were friendly, and location is excellent. The only downside is the... more

Of course this is mainly a one-night stopover hotel and it is well located, not far off the M5. The one BIG problem was is unbearable HEAT in the bedrooms. Our room never got below 27 degrees centigrade, (there is a thermostat on the heater system). That was on an overnight stay when it was cold and wet outside. God... more

We stayed at this Travel Inn with our 15 month old daughter for one night on the way to Cornwall. We have had very good experiences with Travel Inn before and this hotel is no exception. The hotel is fairly big as Travel Inns go and is reasonably close to the Cribbs Causeway shopping complex. So there are quite a... more
