Stayed with two kids using the meal deal and Premiere Breakfast. Great VFM and fantastic service by the team there. A real eye opener about just how good service can be when people enjoy their work.

My partner and I stayed for two nights to celebrate our anniversary. The room was very lovely, clean and quiet. We had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast both mornings was lovely. Good location as very close to the shopping centre and Vue cinema. Would definately stay here again!

I often stay here on business once a month, if head office places me here. It does exactly what it says on the tin, its is your standard premier inn so no real wow factor, but i find it the best hotel in the area to cover south wales / somerset / gloucester on business.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It was clean, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, very clean with lovely white clean sheets on the bed and immaculately clean bathroom.
