We went with family for my husband's birthday celebrations. We found the rooms to be clean but the beds quite uncomfortable and the family room that we had was smaller than we had previously stayed in in other locations. We ate together in the attached Beefeater for our evening meal. The service we found to be a little slow and... More

Stayed here on a Saturday night. Booked breakfast and a dinner slot in the Beefeater. Turns out our dinner reservation never reached the Beefeater - not impressed - when we had to wait however, we were "immersed" in the terrible din of what sounded like a huge party of kids. So, when we were also told that they had "run... More

Bad customer services only told on the evening before going to stay there. Not very good when you have very small children and no car. I room had a faulty lock and we were trapped in the room not very good as it was a disabled room as well. Reception came down and falsed door open with a book which... More

I have no reservations at all in recommending the accommodation at Premier Inn, Emmersons Green in Bristol. It is very good value for money provided you book sufficiently far in advance. We look forward to the ongoing upgrade of the attached Beefeaters Restaurant

A very warm welcome, with adjoining rooms in the new block, just as requested. All the staff were very helpful. Highly recommended. The only problem was a slightly indifferent attitude to a complaint that the salmon dish was over-cooked and very dry in the adjoining Beefeater restaurant.

I booked this hotel having stayed there in the past, four months in advance. During my booking which incorporated a call to reception at the hotel, no mention was made that the restaurant would be closed for the duration of my stay. This did not give me or my travelling friends any opportunity to book elsewhere. My Meal Deal payment... More

Stayed at Premier Inn for 1 night as it was very close to our daughter's home who was celebrating her birthday. We had a Disabled Room (my wife is disabled) that was excellent for her needs. The only downside was that it was a rather long walk to get there & Diabled car places all taken

I stayed at this hotel and found the service and the room was of good quality and clean in presentation. The service was of high quality and could not fault the reception However you need to book early for any meals in the beef eater restaurant, as there was no availability for over an hour when asking for the table.... Although we had traveled with a trailer on the back of our vehicle we still found a suitable place to park. The staff were very informative and pleased to help. Our room was very clean and had everything you needed. The bed in particular was very comfortable and the shower was the best ever!.Breakfast was plentyful but having to get up... More

A functional hotel with an attached Beefeater. No whistles and bells but clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff friendly. Advance booking gave a good price for the room. We ate dinner in the Beefeater once during our 5 night stay. As expected it was of average quality and a little expensive. Breakfast we took daily at the nearby Sainsbury's - excellent... More
