Although was just a one night stay I was sorry I booked this room. The staff were very helpful but the hotel is run down and shabby. I found the bed very low and uncomfortable. The meal also had its problems, although the staff offered a free drink to make up for the problem, which we did not want. We... More

The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was comfortable and installed with an industrial fan (which was a lifesaver due to heat!) Very noisy location however and a few guests (self-inlcuded) had paid for breakfast and not been included on the list (was resolved).

We stopped off in Bristol en route to Cornwall on a very hot evening. The room was delightfully cool and the air con was surprisingly quiet. The sheets were so crisp and cool , bed comfy. All together a great place to stop over. Very friendly receptionists Only little niggle is the parking. We stayed on a Sunday so parked... More

I've stayed here before - it's where the company I work for puts me - I stay in a lot of hotels - and like all Premier Inns the service is friendly and the rooms are well appointed and clean - everything works. But! The rooms on the top floor are always too hot - 27 degrees is too hot!... More

Thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry the heat effected your stay. We do have aircon in all the rooms but I know some people prefer to have the windows open. As a city centre site we are lucky to have some great bars around us within easy walking distance but I appreciate that it can be a little... More

Gold value hotel on the cans bank. Central for everything. Clean, comfortable with very pleasant staff. Only downside is no on-site parking. Nearby NCP is expensive - on street meters might be a cheaper option. Close to open - top bus tour stop which is excellent value for money.

I am reviewing this hotel as i lie awake in bed for the 2nd night of our stay at half 3 in the morning!! The hotel itself is okay. Clean, large bed, nice bathroom with good hot shower. Location is good for access to Bristol harbour but they cannot possibly stick to their good might sleep guarantee at this hotel.... More

It's a Premier Inn, so you know what to expect and what you're going to get, by which I mean a consistent service and quality of room. This one in Bristol has a good city centre location with plenty of pubs and places to eat close by. Comfy beds, friendly staff - all good.

Excellent location, noisy at weekend. Standard sort of service, room pleasant but air con noisy and not very effective. The staff serving breakfast were helpful and patient as we changed our minds once or twiceThis is all I feel I want to write.

I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a family event in a nearby restaurant and was not disappointed. As with other Premier Inns in which I've stayed, the bed was very comfortable and and the promise of a good night's sleep was met. Service at breakfast in the adjoining pub was mixed; excellent on the first morning but not... More

I've stayed in a number of Premier Inn's and am yet to have a bad experience. This hotel was no exception - friendly staff, a comfortable room and most importantly, a good nights sleep! Premier Inn, as always a great bet for a budget hotel.
