We arrived early for a conference and were allowed into our room before 10 a.m. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Typical Holiday Inn, clean and modern. A few negative points - window in bedroom could not be opened, basin would not hold water and lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. Staff shortages in the bar/restuarant meant a lengthy... more

Stayed one night so I could get to the Bristol airport for an early flight. The place is fine, nothing exceptional, and it's in the middle of nowhere. There is a restaurant, but the prices are really high. If you have a car, drive south on A38 for a mile or so - there are two pubs right across the... more

I am not sure what the people who wrote bad reviews were expecting from this place- It's an Airport Holiday Inn. If you are looking for something that is close to the airport (there is nothing in this area), clean, and convenient you have found your place. We were in Bristol on an eight hour layover and after not getting... more

This is a great little hotel if you are using it for the purpose of catching a connecting flight as it is only 2 miles from the airport. It would not be ideal for a weekend to Bristol as it is right in the countryside approx 12 miles from Bristol itself with nothing else nearby. The hotel has a free... more

Arrived late in the evening and was greated by a welcoming smile, the receptionist who checked me in was very polite and helpful. The hotel is geared towards people staying and catching a flight, I did not fall into this ctaegory which through them a bit when they asked when my flight departed and what was the flight number. It... more

Stayed here to catch an early morning flight from BRS. Nice room, very clean (including bathroom), comfy bed, enough space to move around. Whole hotel looked like it had been recently upgraded, in fact. Nice decor. Only complaint with the room was that the remote for the TV was broken. Had a drink and some snacks in the bar area... more

Me and my wife were very please with the hotel. It is a very nice modern hotel; however it is in the absolute middle of no where. This was not a big deal for use because we were just staying the night and had to catch a 6:00 AM flight out of the Bristol Airport the next morning. The rooms... more

We were looking forward to relaxing when we arrived at this hotel, after a 3 hours' drive through difficult, foggy driving conditions, booked as a park and stay. Instead we were told we had to move our car straight away to a remote airport car park and take a shuttle bus back to the hotel. We were instructed to take... more

Having an early flight out of Bristol, I booked the Holiday Inn as it is pretty much the only hotel near the airport, and as far as I could see, the only one with a shuttle bus. On arrival I was greeted and checked in very quickly by a friendly receptionist (I am a priority club member) who provided information... more
