A fairly standard Novotel, beds were comfy and rooms quite spacious. A 10 minute walk to the city centre, An underground car park is payable to the hotel at £10 per day, anyone with a big car will have to manouvre carefully as the spaces were tiny. We booked three rooms here on line at a discount price of £69 per room including breakfast. Excellent value for money at that price! Rack rate was around £160 per room so shop around before booking. The hotel provided what we expect from a Novotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, though there was some confusion about payment for our booking (we had prepaid online from a travel site). Everything was sorted out by the time we checked out. The location was convenient for our day's activity in Bristol. more
