I stayed in Novotel and other hotels many times but I have never come across such arrogan,inexperienced and bad mannered humang being.This person just does not know what customer service is!!!I will deffinetly never stay in this hotel again! more

Nothing to like ... nothing to dislike ... just a modern chain hotel pretty much like most other Novotels. Stayed here for a conference at the passenger shed and was very impressed modern hotel with some excellent small touches. The bathroom was gorgeous I was really taken with the Japanese inspired doors very pretty great power shower and lovely big tub! Stayed here for one week during the coldest weather the area has experienced in 30 years. The staff made me very welcome, the room kept me warm and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was superb, cannot fault the hotel. I chose this hotel because it was dog-friendly and special offers were available; it was very good indeed with car parking available, a sauna and gym, superb breakfasts (served until midday at weekends) and friendly helpful staff. I stayed here while on a business trip. It is very conveniently located in the city centre within walkable distance to Bristol Temple Meadow train station. Shops, restaurants & bars - plenty of them in walking distance. Rooms were clean and with suitable amenities. Enjoyed the breakfast. Enjoyed watching the champions league football match in the bar. I was with the family for a short weekend, we had a bad weather, but the staff of the Hotel was lovely, and made our time in gold. they suggest things to do with Chidren´s. I would like recomend the restaurant, We took dinner twice, the cheff was really good. Thanks for the lovely weekend more

This place is a disgrace to the novotel brand. The hotel is very ordinary and now dating in design. But the staff are the most useless, rude and arrogant I've ever encountered.
