Very clean, nice and attentive staff and fantastic location. We really enjoyed the hotels ambience and the staff were very nice. The room, although some would say small, was a good size and for the price very good. Bed was very comfortable and location great for access to town. Parking on weekend is much easier as around back of hotel... More

My Company booked this hotel and for my sins I was given a single room with single bed. Not great for a 6ft man. The room was pre paid and was taken aback when reception asked for my credit card for breakages. Did not give me a good impression as have stayed in 10 hotels in 10 days and no... More

Stay here quite a lot with work when down in Bristol, the hotel is really spot on. All rooms have everything you would need, free good wifi as well. Location of the hotel is spot on, about a 5 minute from a huge variety of shops and restaurants. Also the gym has access to a gym which is anytime fitness... More

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Conveniently placed for city visits only a fifteen minute down hill walk to the Theatre and City area. The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was well laid out with a very comfortable bed. If we needed to stop over in Bristol again we would definitely consider this hotel.

We arrived here at noon and parked in one of the very limited parking spaces and were immediately told we couldn't use that space until we checked in at two. Fair enough we moved and paid to park on the road and went for a walk. Luckily when we came back we managed to park on hotel property again. The... More

We had two rooms in the hotel for my wife and I and our 2 adult daughters. When we arrived we were greeted well by friendly and polite staff. We were given advise about parking as this is a problem and were helped to our room. Whilst the staff remained pleasant the rest of the experience soon became poor. Our... More

The regency is a standard hotel providing clean modern decor. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room, there is an information pack in the room a hair dryer is provided, showers are good, only knocked down to four stars because breakfast isn't included but would stay here again.

Staff very friendly and were warmly greeted on arrival, was told I would love the room, well for someone who stays in a lot of hotels ranging from premier Inns/travel lodges up to Boutique hotels, this was very average. The room was small, shower room tiny and soaked the floor every time in an attempt to get in the shower,... More
