Live in Portishead and was attending a party at nearby cleeve rugby club. Looked at the premier inn but a bit pricey. This place is Value for money and very clean. Excellant shower - room number 7. Didn't have breakfast, £5 extra per person but it smelt lovely. All in all can't really fault it.

What is not made clear is that this lovely converted farmhouse is slap bang in the middle of a housing estate. Very mis-leading photos on the website. The pub is very tired looking but the B & B is in a separate building at the back - so very quiet. It was very clean and we were in room 8... More

Nice and comfortable B&B, nothing fancy, but good location for a weekend around Bath and the area. The have 8 rooms, which is good when you're planning a weekend with lots of friends. The staff is nice and the breakfast is quite basic. The fact that they have a restaurant is quite practical, even though the food is again quite... More

We had a very uncomfortable 1st night owing to springs poking through the mattress. There was no bulb in one of the bedside lamps, no chairs (only 1 small stool), no toiletries, save liquid hand soap by the basin, stained towels, no hairdryer (or mention of one), the TV was at right angles to the bed (only place for us... An excellent conversion of a lovely old farmhouse into a characterful B&B in the unlikely setting of a nice modern housing estate. Large, clean and comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast prepared to your specification. first class value for money as a B&B. The associated pub was good for beer but not outstanding for food.

Visited with a group of friends for one night whilst going to a sporting event in Bath. Lovely B&B, nice clean rooms with tea and coffee making facilities. Very helpful staff both in the B&B and the pub, with good beer.

It's very strange, given the photo, to approach this B&B through a large modern housing estate. Friendly check-in. Large, clean room. No wifi on the top floor. Breakfast delicious but made to feel bad about asking for more toast.

My partner and I stayed for one night as we were visiting nearby family - the perfect location for us. You check in at the pub with the B&B nestling behind in a lovely old building. We stayed in a double room which was clean and comfortable - tea & coffee making facilities provided, but no other niceties so remember... More
