Was given a smoking room even though we asked for a non smoking room. The pillows were as thin as paper and there were only two. bed was small, there was no A/C and the room was hot. Our friend who was also staying there called ahead to ensure she was given a non smoking room had the receptionist answer... More

Days Inn Bristol is very simple and yes, a little tired, but it has everything you need for a stopover on a long journey. The rooms are clean, there is tea/ coffee available in the room and food available in the Gordano Services, if you can't be bothered to find one of the many pubs or restaurants which are scattered... We left Glastonbury late Sunday night so just wanted somewhere comfortable to sleep before heading back home. Not much to ask I thought! When we booked in we were told they had no record of the booking. Then they found us and we had already been booked in! It was midnight and I just wanted a shows and my bed.... More

Stayed here on the way to Bristol airport. Whilst the service from the receptionist is fine and the hotel is what it is, a cheap motel. The quality of the rooms need a lot to be desired. They really need an update, the decor is to be honest dirty and you felt everything needed a good scrub The main issue... More

Upon arrival the first thing you notice in reception is the strong smell of mould. Our first rooms toilet seat was completely detached. Our second room had mould on the walls, trim falling of the bath and the bed sunk in the middle a lot.

This is my second stay at this hotel and as the first time I'm not disappointed. I just needed a place to stay as a half way stop en route to a conference - it's very Inexpensive and the rooms are basic but far from awful. I'd rather have a hotel like this which is unpretentious than heavily embellished decor... More

We needed an overnight for us and more importantly for our dog. The room was clean and the shower adequate. Breakfast was available at an extra cost.

Room, had a proper single bed unlike Travelodge where the third adult has to sleep on a bed base! Double bed very comfortable, TV short on channels and no turn off timer ( that I could find). Even though we had booked for three adults we were only provided with two sets of towels and two mugs - odd as... More
