All I can advise is to stay away. I have so many complaints ranging from the kids having to sleep on a sofa bed that wasn't fit for my cat, which was unmade and we had to make it. To mouldy ceilings, hot room as no air conditioning but unable to open the window because of the lorries parked outside... More

The whole place was dark dingy and not very welcoming. The staff were pretty miserable to boot. The family room we booked turned out to be a double with a sofa bed. We had to hunt around the room to find the sheets to make the 2nd bed up. There were not enough cups or towels provided in the room... More

The room didn't feel very clean. There was mould in the shower, which also leaked. The room was pretty warm and we couldn't really open the window because of the noise from the motorway. I wouldn't stay here again.

My wife and I decided to divide our journey to Cornwall with an overnight stay at Days Inn Bristol. Our stay on the outward journey was spoiled by the fact that we were unable to get any hot water for a shower in the morning. Reception said it was because of the amount of people using the hot water. Poor... More

Double executive room - quiet and comfortable room with all the amenities you would expect, plus some complimentary biscuits. Good free WiFi, in all rooms. Surprisingly peaceful stay considering that the hotel is located at the busy service area of the M5, but there's even a quiet garden area with cockatiels and budgies to entertain the kids. Complimentary newspapers and... More

We stayed here before nine years ago and it was okay. Chosen each time for its location and that you accept dogs (This is a big selling point for many people and you should advertise this better.) For the price we paid (£65) for a family room plus dog we didn't expect wonders, but things should have been better. Both... More

Just flew in from Qatar and needed somewhere to crash for a night. Booked this place on line. Chose it because of its location. The receptionist was very welcoming, the room was clean and quiet. Had everything we needed in the room. Would definitely go there again.

We stayed here on the way to newquay from Lancashire to break up the journey. We arrived at 11pm and found the staff to be very friendly and the rooms to be massive. Very clean. Ensuite shower and bath! We had tea and coffee and a tv. As we just wanted a cuppa and sleep. We were over facibg the... More

We have stayed here before without issue and so booked en route to Dorset for one night. We'd booked a few weeks in advance and so paid £49 for a Saturday night. We were booked into a new room - ground floor, close to reception. The room was a decent size but basically decorated - not a problem for one... More
