This Travelodge is a 10-minute walk from the railway station and a 10-minute walk into the centre. Bristol is a lovely city with good shops and restaurants. Also it is easy to visit by bus other places such as Weston super Mare, Bath and Chepstow.

Arrived at night, was a little difficult to find the rear entrance as both car parks were full and the signage was tiny and dimly lit. Overall though once in it is a clean and well kept hotel, the room was cosy and well equipped. The staff very friendly and always asked if there was anything more they could do... More

I've stayed here a few times in the last few months for work trips, it's very close to the train station. It's down a dark back lane which is a bit weird, but I've never had any problems. The cafe for a buffet breakfast (if a bit overpriced) is welcome sometimes. The rooms are fine, as you would expect with... More

Stayed 2 nights for work and Travel Lodge delivered what I was expecting. Budget hotel with clean rooms. Bed was very comfortable and pillows just the right support for me. Communal areas (lifts, stairwells) were pretty bleak but overall provides a decent room to bunk down in. Breakfast was ok. Would I stay here again? If it was the best... More

Good location, friendly welcome, clean room and cafe food made hot fresh breakfast. It is clear the Travelodge makeovers are working, with rooms very comfortable and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Stayed here with a friend, rooms really good although would have been good to have a hairdryer. It is a good 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Hippodrome, Watershed etc. and as far as we could see not on a bus route. The breakfast was good and a mid day snack was ok. We would stay again.

This Travelodge has been refurbished and has a small under-ground car park, but I managed to park a big 4x4 in there with no trouble. The staff were friendly, rooms very clean (and new) and the breakfast was fresh, rather than the expected 'breakfast box' which a lot of Travelodges fob you off with these days. When we all stayed... Central location, five males in the group and all staff were very courteous and helpful. Location perfect for exploring Bristol City Centre, and not a great distance from the big motorways if going out of town. Keep up the good work!!! Will be back when back in Bristol.

Stayed on business and it was as you expect from a Travelodge, clean but basic........ you know what to expect. No reason to use the hotel carpark at £7.50 a day when there is plenty of pay and display parking which starts at 8.00 am for £1 per hour so no prob if driving to work. It is a fair... More

Street entrance isn't ideal but once you go up the lift to the reception area then it's fine. Hotel is great value for money and within easy walking distance of the Hippodrome, shopping areas and Harbourside. Would definately stay here again.
