We have recently returned from a 2 night stay in the Best Western Hotel, Victoria Square Bristol. The hotel comprises of 2 old buildings set at the edge of a lovely park, a five minute walk from Clifton Village and some 35 minutes walk from the centre of Bristol. We had a double room in the second building. The room... More

We only stayed the one night, but had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Victoria Square Hotel. The service we received was excellent, the staff were friendly and very helpful, we were heading out for the evening and were offered an umbrella, the weather wasn't great, which was a lovely touch. The location is a real winner, if you're... More

We had 2 nights at Vic Sq and was pleasantly surprised. The room was much larger than expected-we booked the king room. Situated right opposite the park and a short walk to Clifton Village, everything we needed was at our fingertips. The red bus also stopped opposite the Hotel which we used for a tour of the city. The staff... More

We just stayed one night at this hotel, but I must say that everything was perfect. Good room cleaning, higienic bathroom, nice shampoo and welcoming tea with bicuits. The bed was very confy. The view from the room was not the best but we knowed in advance that was a small room (it was the last available).

We stayed for one night at the VS hotel , and the quality of the bed was absolutely terrible. We arrived late and were only there for the one night so do not know if they have replaced the mattress but honestly for the price we paid I would expect a decent bed.

What a nice hotel. The Clifton area is true delight en Victoria Square is a superb spot. Even the small double that we had was perfect, nice bed and everything you need at hand. The only comment we would like to make is to extend the breakfast offer to Continental as well. Not everyone wants an extensive breakfast.

We stayed there for the weekend. The hotel is very clean and the location of the hotel is just perfect. The overall service was excellent. I would like to say a big thank you to the receptionist Agata for all help and her friendly attitude. For sure we will be back soon.

On the whole it was okay, room was fine and I have to say that the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The location was good too. The things that let it down were... Terrible evening meal and wine! Overcooked meat and the wine tasted like vinegar, a real shame. Also, although the room itself was fine, but the en... More
