I stayed here on two separate occasions and, while you know what to expect with a Travelodge, this one provided a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The rooms have recently been refurbished and provide all you need, but do ask for one at the back of the hotel as these rooms do not suffer from road noise. The hotel... More

The staff were exceptionally helpful on our first trip to the city pointing out how to get to get places such as the Zoo. We were also allowed to check in earlier than was advised whilst we had also got the Megabus to Bristol and and were not setting off until 4pm, so the staff looked after our suitcase until... More

Wasn't the cheapest price I'd paid for a Travelodge but for a Saturday night it was very reasonable. I stayed here quite a few years ago and happily it's had a full renovation. Small but tidy room, very good shower and a large comfortable bed. The main pluses. No real issues other than it can be noisy with people coming... More

A typical Travelodge in a great location. Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. No complaints. Would recommend if you are looking for a cheap and cheerful room in the centre of Bristol.

Bristol Central really is central - 5 minutes walk to the harbourside and to Bristol Hippodrome and 15 mins. to the foodie quarter around St.Nicholas Market. . We stayed for concert at St. George's which is 10 minute walk. Big room with plenty storage space, comfy bed (duvets could do with being warmer but maybe that's just me). I do... More

The rooms maintain a serene atmoshpere...as Travelodge are known for. Polite and helpful staff. The breakfasts are quintessentially English. They have got a good round menu for their budget. At the cusp of city centre, a good option in Bristol to stay in for a short trip.

My friend was taken ill enroute so needed to check in early. This was arranged without a problem by Michelle who did all she could to make sure my friend was comfortable, offering to get a doctor, and arranging without asking, for iced water to be sent to the room, brought within minutes by James. Whilst waiting for my room... More

Overall, excellent. If you want a coveient place to stay very cental to the waterfront which offers loads of places to eat. We can strongly recommend the Drawbridge pub excellent food and very reasonably priced. 5-10 minute walk to Colston Hall. Everything apart from breakfast is 100% better, comfortable, cosy and very pleasing. We were thinking of going outside for... More

Don't stay here, we booked 3 months in advance and paid up front yet the staff at the hotel told us they have a policy that they overbook the hotel as they expect some people won't turn up. The only solution was for us to suggest putting temporary beds in the rooms we did get into as they couldn't find... More

We stayed at travelodge in Bristol central celebrating my partners 30th birthday. The hotel was clean and tidy everything worked in the room as it should do, the check in was very easy and the staff polite. The hotel was a great location with only a short walk to restaurants bars etc. The real let down was that we parked... More
