Rooms were quite for a good night's sleep. The beds were comfortable and bedding clean. One suggestion for improvement is for the Internet to be improved upon if possible; it kept disconnecting. However, for the price I would consider the hotel good value for money. I would happily visit again.

Myself and my partner stayed here in November for 1 night as part of a weekend break... The hotel was very easy to find... Although knowing the area very well may of helped... There is a small car park to the rear or the hotel and is free for guests. Very friendly staff, we were welcomed when we arrived and... More

Very friendly and comfortable place to stay, near amenities. Easy distance to bristol and on road to bath. Just be careful coming in to hotel from steet, as very dark going up steps, need a light on them

When my company booked this for me for 3 nights I really didn't know what to expect after looking at the reviews. First impressions were a cheap B&B that needed upgrading. The car parking spaces to the rear are limited and you need to be careful of the drop from one end as you will "bottom" the average car. The... More

The room was clean although the decor was somewhat dated & old-fashioned, but it wasn't the Radisson so I wasn't expecting crisp white linen & snazzy furniture. The bed was a bit lumpy but passable. The en suite was pokey & the sink was so small & crammed in between the wall & shower that I couldn't actually lean over... More

Went to a family wedding and the location was perfect. Close to city centre, and close to the reception. Would defiantly stay here again. The owner was very helpful, breakfast was 'just what the dr ordered' after a good night out. Bed was comfy, and a large room (we were in number 2)
