We arrived at 9pm to be given the key to our motel room. Parking was easy and secure. Check in process was easy, though you must arrived armed with your flight details as I get the feeling they like to group travellers together on the taxi ride. The room. It was the first motel I have ever stayed in. The... more

Previous reviewers have about summed up the Town & Country Lodge - it is shabby, and the walls certainly are thin. On the plus side, our room was larger than average and clean. The hotel location is also handy, being about 10mins north of the airport and 10mins south of the city. Perhaps the biggest saving grace was the down-to-earth... more

Have stayed in better hotels that have airport parking and transfer arrangements for less money than I paid for this Hotel. All the Hotel, including Bars, Restaurant and rooms were in need of refurbishment and the service leaved a lot to be desired. The continental breakfast that was supplied, if your had an early flight, was in a cardboard box... more

Fairly cheap which is the only real benefit of this hotel. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was of a good standard. Too far from city centre though and even the bus stop is a good fifteen minute walk. Better to stay closer to the centre and save on the taxi fare (approx £15) if you're looking for value for money.... more

We stayed at the town and country lodge prior to flying from Bristol airport. The package included breakfast and up to 15 days parking. The hotel was very good, the rooms being of a good size and very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was also very good. Secure parking was provided on site which meant we could get to... more

Meant to write this a long while ago. Checked in after dark in July 2008. The lady at the check in desk was very friendly and helpful. Got to the room; smelled musty when we got in and while hoovered etc was extremely dated and did not 'feel' very clean-flies around window etc were noticed the next day. Is a... more

Early start from airport, so booked 10day's parking and o/night accom'. Reception friendly and helpful, room, dated but spotless, with ample tea/coffee/biscuits. Bathroom spotless. Evening meal was very good, and the "breakfast boxes", there was enough in them to feed an army! Due to a BIG mistake by our holiday company, when we arrived at the airport, we discovered that... more
