I booked this hotel because of the price,( it was one of the more reasonably priced hotels,) but will definitely return due to the brilliant location, friendly staff, excellent service and lovely food. The room was upstairs and we were pleasantly surprised at the size and quality of the rooms. They were light clean and spacious. The bathroom was spotless... More

We stayed here overnight for 7am flight from Bristol Airport. Very convenient and they gave us breakfast at 04.15 and organised taxi for 05.00. Dinner night before very good and excellent service by very friendly staff. Motel style rooms and bed comfortable. Left car in their car park for 5 days. All very satisfactory.

Without a shadow of a doubt this is the worst hotel I have ever been to, the room looks to be left behind in 1977 and to call what I slept on a 'bed' is being very kind. It had more resemblance to a plank of wood with some springs underneath, all of which creaked throughout the night. Paper thin... More

We stayed here as we had family and friends to visit in the Bristol area and it was a convenient choice with free parking and free wifi and in budget for Easter weekend. Although the rooms are a little bit tired they are big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens, plenty of hot water and a good hot and... More

Reasonable priced at £60 for night and friendly staff. But felt like we'd stepped into a time warp back to the 80's and onto the set for HiDeHi! Rooms very dated and didn't feel the cleanest. Although bedding was clean. Buffet Breakfast was ok. £15 for taxi into the city and £11.50 for taxi to airport so bit out of... More

Broken mattress, cracked sink, broken window lock, overlooking a rubbish dump at the back, holes badly filled in the beige plastic cladding, strange annexe for 5th person, burnt carpet...not good! Breakfast was okay on the plus side... One thing that upset me was when I complained the lady on receptions reply was simply that they are selling the place -... More

Booked a room for us and 3 kids for 2 nights - charged extra for 5th bed but room configured so the single bed would be there anyway in a tiny windowed 'annexe' to the main room. The room is dated cosmetically, wallpaper peeled off the wall in places, bathroom sink cracked, Formica worktop peeling, flush not working well. Doorframe... More

We have stayed here before and although this is not the most modern place to stay the staff are friendly and breakfast is good. The bar could open earlier and offer more bar snacks or include a light meal within the charge but the price charged is good considering location and friendly service.

Stayed for the 2nd time before an early flight. Again the staff were amazing a credit to the hotel. The room this time was very cold the bathroom especially it was too cold to have a bath or shower. On this stay we had evening meal which was disappointing they did not have several things listed on the menu we... More
