Great location in the centre of Bristol, a short walk from some of the main sites and close to the main nightlife centre. The latter is the main problem as well, directly over the water from Pitcher and Piano etc, the noise continues long into the night at the weekends. My friend and I stayed in private room with bunk... More

The main thing that impressed me about this hostel is it's convenient location right slap bang in the centre of Bristol with all the shops, restraunts and amenities within a short walk. For example,if you want to buy some food the local Sainsbury's is about 500 metres away. All the other things about the hostel such as the bed rooms, showers, kitchen, dining area, games room... Our first visit and stay. Selected this place based on good reviews on Trip Advisor. The taxi that we flagged at the Coach Station did not know where New Quay was and he scolded us for making him lose his way. He had no idea of the location at all. Beautiful location by the pier side and on the day... More

Everything was alright. The hostel is clean and the beds are good. We were in a 4 bed room with private shower and toilet (unfortunately the toilet didn't work, but there was another one on the corridor). The rooms are a bit small, but you have everything you need. (including big lockers) The location is perfect, you are close to... More

Correct bedrooms, living areas are very comfortable. Excellent location, lot of restaurants, clubs. Accomodation rooms are not all as beautiful as the images suggest but it is correct. I recommend this hostel!

Amazing place in Bristol for holidays or bussiness. 10 minutes from the city as well. Has all the facilities. Near the hostel are all the clubs, pubs etc. Nice value for money. One of the best places in Bristol.

This hostel was a yha one and incredibly easy to find with signs for it in the city center! The rooms are standard and it was cold even on a late summer night in the room and due to being placed at the front of the hotel if was very noisy. The bathrooms and shower were perfect though and the... More

I went here for an Activities Week thing to sleep at. It was very good, you walk in and there is the bar straight off (not exactly cheaper than ASDA) you can get given a card to open the games room, lifts, most doors and obviously your room. Overall it was very clean, the rooms were very quaint (my room... More

This is a large and busy hostel which lacks the charm of the smaller hostels but is in the heart of Bristol overlooking the former dock surrounded by bars and restaurants. Modern, clean and handy for Avon Valley Walk.

Its in a great location for travelling around the city and if like me you tend to get lost easily there are a lot of signposts directing you to the hostel. It was clean but the shower needed more hooks as my towel was nearly as wet as me before I even used it (due to the "interesting" positioning of... More
