I booked the cheapest room which is on the lower ground floor but despite that i still had a good view of the city. The room was clean clear and airy. . This is an ideally located b&b with rooms overlooking the downs at the front and the whole of Bristol to the rear. Rooms were clean with TV, and wash basin. Accomodation was clean and very comfortable. Good supply of hot drinks in room with a user friendly tiled surface next to wash basin.
