They put me into the 'Malvern' room, which sounded good, but was a box-like room with no fridge, and no way to keep cool, as you couldn't open the window properly, either. A fan or air-conditioner would have been good. To get to the room from the reception area you had to unlock three doors while struggling with your suitcase. The breakfast was below average, too. more
