We stopped here to break up a long car journey in August 2015. The hotel was modern, clean, and easy to find. The staff were polite. However there is currently no car parking at this hotel and so we were advised to park at the NCP car park across the roundabout. This involved walking through a particularly dodgy set of... More

Firstly we got there after booking a room with breakfast and told we had to pay more for breakfast as this weren't included!? We decided to leave breakfast after a debate with man at desk... Then we were told a mix up had occurred with room and we weren't given a family room but a bed would be made up... More

We’ve had a good experience with the Premier Inn in Dover, so we were a bit disappointed that our Family Room in Bristol was not as clean and clever furnished as the one in Dover. The en suite bathroom was also of a lower quality. The bedroom windows can’t be opened (“for energy efficiency reasons”), so one has to use... More

I could not fault this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and would really go the extra mile to help you. The rooms were immaculate, the beds were absolutely amazing and the location was central. The hotel from the outside looks like a bit of an eye sore but don't let that put you off!!

Took the kids for a weekend break in Bristol and could'nt fault the hotel at all. The staff were brilliant and extremely helpful and charming. The room had just been refurbished and was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. If you need a Bristol City Centre hotel then you should definitely consider this one.We will definitely return.

Hotel is situated in city centre, so it's close to the train station and to the bus station (both situations were really useful for me). It is not far from shops, parks, museums and landmarks as well. Rooms are clean and comfy. I enjoyed my big bed :) Basically only thing I can complain about is lack of air conditioning,... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night on our way to a family holiday in Dorset. Whilst the majority of the stay was as we would expect, when we came to go to sleep in the night the camper beds that my daughters were sleeping on proved to be so uncomfortable that my wife and I gave up the... More

We spent one night here en-route to Devon/Cornwall as a stop gap from a long drive. We were in a refurbished room on the very top 17th floor and it was lovely! A great big wall mounted TV, the most comfortable beds ever and a hot hot shower. The staff were friendly from cleaners to reception and breakfast was very... More

Premier Inn is great for reliability for a family stay, but not this one! Problems were: parking hard to access and fairly expensive (£21 for 24 hours), very grotty public toilets, out of order gents which is tricky with children at breakfast, choice in room between stuffy and hot or rumbling and noisy A/C. Looks like they are building a... More
