Couldn't get through on the phone for nearly 40 minutes either direct or via their London number. On arrival I got excuses but no apology. The rooms are okay. River view rooms look out onto the river but it isn't a great view. Restaurant staff are good and the breakfast is tasty. Buffet style with plenty of choice. Parking isn't... More

Have stayed here a couple of times and would happily stay again. Great position on the water side and very nice, large rooms. Quiet at back of hotel, but worth paying more for waterside room for the views. Staff always helpful and professional. Relaxing bar and good breakfast. Easy walk through old town to Harbour area and lots of good... More

Just came back from my stay here and I have to say I am quite impressed. Staff were great and when we wanted to leave our bags for a while after check-out, very welcoming. I didn't purchase a room with the harbour view yet I got one and was really chuffed with the view. Room was kitted out but didn't... More

A very decent hotel in an excellent location in central Bristol. Very good bed, room a bit warm though at night (airco not perfect). Breakfast decent but not impressive at all. The car park is round the corner (with discount price from hotel). Don't miss the Apple floating bar nearby for excellent cider!

I stayed three nights in this hotel and nothing apart from the location of this hotel is even remotely commendable. Having read the other reviews, I specifically requested a room facing the river on a higher floor, which was duly ignored. The service was rude, the bathroom was old and the fittings dirty, the walls paper thin (or terrible sound... More

My husband & I stayed at this hotel for a weekend in April. The location is perfect, right on the river. I recommend a river view room, we were on the second floor & the view was perfect. The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was very well kitted out with safe, fridge & iron/ironing board... More

The location is perfect and very trendy part of Bristol. Greeted by attentive friendly staff. Room was lovely great view, loved TV and speakers in bathroom. Comfy bed ,sheets and blankets not duvet. Average meal in restaurant, good service, pleasant decor but cooked breakfast rubbery, lots of fresh fruit and cereals, jams, pastries made up for it.

The hotel is excellently positioned in the centre of bristol however is a little like a war zone after hours .the room itself was spacious and nicely done out.we had been upgraded to a suite however.the staff on check on where effient.however my only gripe was that I called down to check about late check out and was advised this... The hotel is well located, just a short walk to st nicks market, the academy, hippodrome and lots more. The first member of staff i spoke to was lovely and couldn't apologise enough when i arrived at 1.55pm and there were no rooms available, and the maintenance staff were great when i reported a problem. I booked a river view room... More
