Excellent. I just wish I could have spent more time in the Hotel. The room was fantastic, but I had to rush breakfast, as I had an early start and I needed my sleep ! I had a great sleep, in a HUGE, lovely bed, which I didn't get to spend enough time in !!

My husband and I stayed here a few years ago probably about 5 years ago but I thought I would write a review to say that this hotel has been one of our most memorable hotels. Excellent location, right near the water side and not far from the town. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious the... More

I stayed here with my daughter whilst visiting Bristol Vegfest. The hotel was in a very convenient setting although I found it difficult to sleep, as being at the front on the 1st floor there was quite a bit of noise from the bars below. Mind you I am used to sleeping with no noise apart from the odd cow... More

We're just back from a 2 night stay at the Mercure Brigstow Bristol where we stayed while visiting family. This hotel is in an ideal location on the riverside just a short stroll to the harbour. The rooms were definitely worthy of 4* with a large comfortable bed and a great bathroom with a TV above the bath. Great powerful... More

What you would expect. Good comfortable bed, friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were big enough, not luxurious but had the facilities needed including iron. There is building work taking place opposite the rear rooms where we stayed and it was noisy from 7.30 am. Also the safe malfunctioned which delayed me leaving. I was told by maintenance this did happen... More

I stayed here in May on a business visit to Bristol. The hotel is in a fantastic location, by the side of the river, among pubs and restaurants, but not in a noisy area. When travelling alone on business this is important for venturing out for a meal etc. It's a short walk to the shopping area, along the waterside,... More

Totally ok hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Good showers (very important!) and brilliant location opposite the Glass Boat on Welsh Back. The bar is small and extortionate and reception is pretty basic, but you're right in the middle of the city-why eat/drink there anyway with so many fantastic places within a 1-5 minute walk?! Rooms at the back... More

Luxury at reasonable prices. The standard rooms are a perfect size with huge bathroom - walk-in shower, separate shower, television in wall of bath. The baths are extremely comfortable and a great size. Recommend having breakfast in bed (£10 plus £5 tray charge) as you can choose from a massive menu. Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Stayed twice in 3... More

Very nice hotel: clean and comfortable. High-spec rooms and helpful staff. Great location on the riverfront: bars, restaurants and cafés all within a short walk. Had a bargain too at £69 for a nights stay.
