Myself and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel whilst visiting Bristol to see Wicked at the Hippodrome. The hotel is nice and in a very good location. Very clean. However, the decor is very odd, for a professional chain of hotels I was shocked at such poor taste, especially in the bathroom. The parking is extremely expensive, £21 for 24hours... More

Dear Haykeyandmarvin Thanks for leaving your thoughts here. The team and I are glad that you enjoyed your stay, and we’ve taken note of your comments. Rest assured we will address them. My fiancée and I spent the night at this hotel on the 14th March. From the easy online check in to the checkout we were made very welcome. The staff are all very polite and helpful. We booked a privilege room the views of the tree lined river were amazing, the bed was really comfy and the tv in the... More

Good location, reasonable price (booked through Late rooms without breakfast), lovely, clean room, had a river view. Close to Harbourside, market and City Centre but still relatively quiet (even on a Friday night!)

Great Location Make this a good choice for Bristol : We stayed here for a quick w/e getaway and had a good view of the city and waterways. Comfortable beds and bathrooms though the shower was weak (we were on the top floor). Free wifi and great B'fast served to Mid-day made our Sunday very lazy!

Prior to this visit, I'd stayed at the Mercure Bristol Brigstow four or five times as a business traveller, and rated the experiences highly. Maybe it was because I'd always been allocated a Superior Riverside room - spacious, well-appointed rooms (complete with Nespresso [or is it Keurig] pod coffee makers) and lovely views across the river. I wasn't so lucky... More

A one night stay for £85.00 in this centrally located comparatively modern hotel was extremly pleasant indeed. A light and airy room on the third floor overlooking the river was very clean well equipped and comfortableThis is not a luxurious hotel but the prices reflect this and relaxing looking on to the river through the enormous window was bliss. Staff... More

I turned up at 7pm to find my room cold. As I was going straight out I turned on the heating and went out to a prearranged meeting. On returning about 12.20 am, room was cool (it was a very cold night), but as late got into bed. Next day awoke to a cold room. I went to reception to... More

My wife and I spent one night here when visiting Bristol for a Jazz concert at Colston Hall. The hotel is as one would expect for a large corporate; efficient, clean and functional. We booked a superior room (river view) and asked for the highest floor possible following comments from others: our room on the fourth floor (we were initially... More

We stayed in a lovely 'superior' room overlooking the river with a spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower. The rooms were tastefully decorated with all mod cons inc. a large TV and even a small one in the bathroom. The location of this hotel is superb with views overlooking the river and plenty of bars and restaurants close by.... More
