We were on the 4th floor with a superior room and a fab view of the water. We didnt eat in the restaurant, apart from Breakfast which was absolutely delicious, lots of choice and very good service, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definately go again! more

I too stayed here when the pipes froze. I don't think that they planned for the pipes to freeze. We stayed here by accident as our flight to Prague from Bristol Airport was cancelled due to the weather. I enjoyed myself throughly and would recommend the hotel.
