Staff were professional and helpful. We upgraded our room in order to use the executive lounge which was well worth it!! Unlimited drinks, nibbles at 5.30pm and breakfast without the fighting over the toaster etc.... Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Hotel in perfect location for Bristol, 5 mins walk if that into town. Definitely would stay again. More

Overall very good hotel- central position, plenty of choices for breakfast to eat, nice clean bedrooms. we were on the 7th floor so traffic noise was not an issue. Things to bear in mind -£13 per 24 hrs for parking and £15 per 24 hrs for wireless access. More
