A very convenient hotel just off the motorway junction. Large comfortable room, pleasant swim, good breakfast. We have stayed at this hotel on three occasions now and would strongly recommend it for either a base or a one night stop over.

First of all let me tell you the good points. This hotel is well decorated and the lobby is a very nice area indeed. The rooms are modern and finished to a high standard. The staff who served us were all very friendly and professional. If the review stopped there then I would happily give the hotel four maybe even... More

This hotel is excellent. On our way to Cornwall we stayed overnight to break the journey. It is 1 minute off the M5. Good welcome from staff. Rooms are good. Lovely swimming pool to relax in and reception area/bar area has lots of comfy seating. The food is where the hotel excelled. We paid for '3 courses for £20' and... More

We had travelled from Holyhead on the 20th of August and arrived in Hilton Bristol safely hungry and tired. We booked supper in the restaurant for 17:30 for three people as our daughter was joining us. Food was very good but the service was painfully slow . We had three course supper and that took 2 hours. We then retired... More

Very relaxing family break. Hotel is well presented and staff very helpful. A noon checkout is always welcomed, doesn't leave you rushed when you leave. Location was a little far from Bristol (20 minutes), but within 10 minutes of Cribbs Causeway without going on the motorway.

Recently I stayed in this hotel with my family. We booked a Double double Hilton room for 2 adults and 2 children under points and money scheme, costs £38.47 and 17500 HHonours points. Hotel near to the motorways but every attractions in the city almost 10 miles away from the hotel! Actually we came here to explore the historical Bristol... More

Dear Prem K, Thank you for your review and I am glad that your overall stay was enjoyable. You are indeed correct that we are 6 miles from Bristol City centre and very well located for travellers on the M4/M5 routes and for the attractions of North Bristol. I was given a voucher for the use of the spa & afternoon tea,so we decided to treat ourselves to an overnight stay including dinner bed & breakfast.Well worth the money lovely surroundings & friendly helpful staff. The only downside no lift so cases had to be carried up & down stairs.

Although it says Hilton Bristol it is not in Bristol. Leading up to the hotel it is not scenic but very good for business and training facilities and would be ideal for networking and business meetings. The Restaurant area is pleasant with manicured gardens. The SPA package is a very good deal and would highly recommend this.

Dear Aurgria M, Thank you for your reveiw. I am delighted you enjoyed the spa package and had the opportunity to enjoy the Brunel's Hat restaurant.
