Stayed here for 1 night on the visit Bristol deal, although further out from the city centre than we would have liked it was a very nice hotel, modern & spacious with good room size, I particularly noticed how spotless this hotel is, a big plus. Our room was very comfortable, pillows great, bed could have been bit more comfy,... More

I had an overnight stay here prior to a flight from Bristol airport. The hotel is located on a business park at Bradley Stoke, which is about 9 miles from Bristol City Centre and it is 1 minute from the intersection of the M4 and M5 motorways. The distance to the airport is about 20 miles, but it takes about... More

This was a one night stop for a business conference which was also held at the same hotel. It doesn't look much from the outside, but inside is modern and spacious and generally a nice environment to be in. The rooms were spacious and really comfortable and I certainly had a good nights sleep. The hotel also has good facilities,... More

The hotel reception staff arre extremley helpful and also the restaurant staff are very helpful and willing to go the extra for an enjoyable relaxing evening meal. Breakfast was poor and the bed was very uncomfortable and pillows very hard. overall OK experience location is a little to far out from city but easy to get in car and bus.

Dear Kevin C, Thank you for your feedback. I was glad to hear your overall stay was good, however am sorry to hear that the breakfast was not along with the bed & pillows. It would be good to have more detail as to your actual complaint in regard to breakfast, whether the food or service in particular, so that... More

This is a really lovely hotel. The staff are very friendly & pleasant. We were there the same time as a large school sports party were there. Initially thought this would of been a nightmare, but what a credit to their school they were. They were all very well behaved. The breakfast was lovely. Great location, within walking distance of... We stayed here for one night. Check in was fine, the receptionist was friendly and did her job well. We were disappointed to discover that the hotel does not have a lift. The decor in the reception area and lounge bar was pleasant and inviting but the stairs and corridors to the rooms were dated and in need of updating.... More

Dear Italianoincardiff, Thank your for your reveiw. I was both dismayed and embarassed to read the comments of your stay. This is clearly not up to our usual high standards, and please be assured this will be addressed with the relevant departments and shared throughout the hotel. I am glad you found the location and team both satisfactory. It is... More

The room was clean and the quiet so we all slept well in a family room. Service was ok in the restaurant. Not up to the usual Hilton standards. Car parking charge for hotel residents was very unnecessary considering the hotel is located on a business park next to the motorway and 8 miles from the city centre. I expect... More

I stopped here on business and as I checked in could see the different ways that business men in suits where treated compared to myself. A female with companies uniform on. The business man was told about where breakfast was I myself was not. Good room and heater soon sorted out the cold. Bathroom nice and clean. Shower lovely and... More

I stayed here on a business trip for one night. I enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice and tidy. It was a bit of a shame that the view out my window was a brick wall. Apart from that, the service was good as was the food. I would stay again.
