Enjoyed the stay, room was quiet, staff were very friendly, food on the expensive side (as with all Hiltons), but on the whole very pleasent. more

Been here for a second visit, as I thought the first stay, which was poor was just a one off....how wrong was I?! It took three attempts and 2 hours to get the adjacent rooms we had booked, even though booking was made via the hotel directly, and once we got them the standard of room and fittings was very... more

We went to stay in hotel on last Sat for our honeymoon, we did request for upgrade if possible for our honeymoon but unfortunately the receptionist did not mentioned anything at all which we were a little disappointed. A receptionist, Bao if not misspell was friendly and recommended places to eat around. We checked in the room, it wasn't really... more

Do not stay at this hotel. When I booked my room on the internet, it showed no twin rooms were available, but it showed double rooms with a bed settee were. I phoned up their customer services department and asked if the bed settees were of good quality and suitable for an adult and was told yes, so I booked... more

You expect a certain level of service and quality from a HILTON HOTEL, however this one is very dated. The rooms are spacious with excellent bathrooms, but the rooms are dated and the furniture tatty, our room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it is completly none smoking hotel? We had dinner at the hotel which has been replaced... more

Held our family 'get together' here, 8 adults and 12 children. Each and every one of us enjoyed every moment of our stay. The rooms more than adequte and very well appointed. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant at night and breakfast in the morning. The freshly baked cookies brought out to... more

More of a mediocre premier inn, than a Hilton hotel Room smelt of cigarettes. CheckIn staff rude and unhelpfull. Plain breakfast, lazy staff . Bed was uncomfortable. Bar staff were ok. more

There isn't much I can say about this hotel - it served its purpose for a one night business stay but I'd think twice about staying for anything more. Compared to other Hiltons this one is my least favourite being that the accommodation isn't dissimilar to that of a travelodge and yet you pay almost £100 more for a night.... more

We were very tired on our arrival at the Hotel having driven down the M4 in the pouring rain after a non-stop 25 hour flight from Melbourne. We had stayed at the Hilton on an earlier visit and we were delighted to find that the friendly efficient welcome we had previously experienced was still in evidence. During our ten day... more

I booked a standard room, but as a Hilton Gold card holder was upgraded to a delux room. This was satisfactory, but I suspect the standard room would not have been. The gym and pool were well maintained and enjoyable. Dinner in the evening was only available as a buffet. The service was very poor and the food overcooked and... more
