Lovely hotel, big area down stairs and good sized rooms. Close for local amenities and train 10 minute walk away. Sunday lunch is very sought after and usually filled with locals, which I take as a good sign. Not a brilliant selection on draught beers however. Would stay again.’

Excellent value, very friendly privately owned guesthouse. Everything catered for and many thoughtful touches. Very good cooked breakfast. Highly recommended. Perfect for visiting Bath as the train station is only a minute walk away.

It truly is near the station. It was very comfortable, clean with good facilities and I had a pleasant stay. Proprietor extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Great breakfast too.

Loveky little place. Stayed for 1 night. Value for money. Lovely fresh smelling bedding which is always nice. Very good sized room, nice and warm. Breakfast was good. Full English with tea, coffee, orange juice and toast. The only thing I would say is the breakfast room was quite cold, but not something that would change my review or stop me returning again. Thankyou.

I stayed at the Manor Lodge Guest House with my husband whilst we were waiting to take possession of our new house. The guest house is clean and the rooms are well tended and a full English breakfast is available if required. There is free parking and wi fi and the railway station is nearby with frequent trains to Bath and Bristol. The owners are friendly and informative and will advise on all the places if interest to the tourists. The guest house is also ideal for business people to stay over at when away from home.

My wife and I have stayed at the Manor Lodge Guest House several times over the years and we have always found Neil and Sue to be welcoming hosts. A good night's sleep in a clean bed together with a decent cooked breakfast all at reasonable cost means it is not difficult to recommend to others. Plus Keynsham is really well situated for easy access to Bath and Bristol either by car or train, the station is close by.

Manor Lodge Guest House is an excellent venue within easy striking distance of both Bath & Bristol by road or rail but without the hassle. There is much to see in Keynsham too, if you have the time. Neil and Sue are lovely people and are always willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and the freshly cooked breakfast was a delight, setting you up for the day. The accommodation was good, the food was good and on top of all that the price was very reasonable. As you can tell from my comments, I enjoyed my stay at Manor Lodge and would highly recommend it. I will not bother to look for anywhere else on my next visit.

Very comfortable bed and breakfast, with a warm welcome from hosts Neil and Sue. Great breakfast and very reasonably priced. The location is really handy, right next to the train station and with easy access to the airport. Have stayed before and will most definitely stay again.

The guest house smells of stale frying fat as soon as you walk in. The decor is dated and tired. The room was so small with a huge beam across the bed to hit your head on and a sloping ceiling so you really only have half a room. The furniture is old and stained. The bathroom is absolutely tiny and noisy with shabby paintwork. No mirror in any useful place when drying your hair. Tv and light were not plugged in and have to scramble behind the bed to find power supply. The guest house is noisy due to the main road and railway. Avoid this place unless you are desperate.

Family run bed and breakfast, very friendly and clean with all rooms en suit facility. Good cooked breakfast available. Would recommend for people working away from home and the tourists to Bristol and Bath area. Quiet location next to railway station and off street parking is available.
