From the moment of checking in we just knew we had made the right Hotel choice!! The receptionist was curtious, friendly and accommodating. Our room was amazing with fabulous Harbour views. Great decor throughout the Hotel. Breakfast was great, even down to a Pianist playing soothing background music. Overall, we loved every minute staying at The Bristol Hotel and will... More

We won a night here in a raffle at a Christmas lunch at the hotel in December. Our prize included a three course dinner. We did some shopping then arrived early at 1.40pm. We knew we were early. The Hotel reception asked us to come back in a while so we decided to have a drink in the bar. They... More

Great hotel in a super riverside location. The best feature is the adjacent NCP multi-story car park which has access on every hotel floor. Had a room on the 4th floor with the car parked practically next to it! The breakfast buffet is quite extensive. Only downside is the noise from the clubs across the river (which can still be... this is the third time we have stayed at the bristol and again we really enjoyed our stay. we stayed friday night on a "take me to the bar" package, which is great value, it includes the room, breakfast and 2 mini bottles of hendricks gin, which you can take to the bar, and they will make into a cocktail... A hotel with a great location which is why i booked . However for the price i expect more . i was told that i would get a continental breakfast. By that they mean some dry pastries left on the bar next to a coffee machine for you to help yourself to. I did pay for a cooked breakfast one... More

Excellent hotel, the staff are very welcoming and the location is ideal. We have stayed a few times and the overall standard is very good. It can be noisy at night (if you want the bedroom window open) but that is to be expected given the location.

We stayed in Bristol for a relax week end and chose The Bristol due to good reviews and a good Quality/price ratio. We arrived at 9AM, but check in time was for 1PM, however the receptionist gave us the room 4 hours in advance for convenience, which was great. The room wasn't really big, but it had all the needed,... More

On arrival we were upgraded and given complimentary breakfast for the next day. The location is superb. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well appointed. Even though we were facing the harbour on a bank holiday Friday night there was no noise whatsoever. I found the reception staff to be particularly polite, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good, with... More
