Very polite gentleman running the block called Stephen, happy to help approach.. Only thing missing from the room was a bath, but nice shower comfortable bed. Lightbulb was broken in the room and Stephen straight away sorted a new one.. Very central so easy to get around in city centre. Parking is expensive in centre, but 20 mins and can... More

We have stayed with Acityabode in broadquay several times. The first time in aug 2010 was amazing. In dec 2010 there were a few issues however they were resolved quickly. Our stay in aug 2011 however was horrendous. The apartment was filthy, the sky tv didn't work and neither did the DVD player. The blinds were broken and the chest... More

Really good location for a city trip. A good 10 mins walk from Train St but taxi was really cheap. Only booked a 1 bed apartment but got a 2 bed one so really can't complain. Nice bathroom although it needed a little bit of a touch up. Only bad point I would say is that it is in the... More

but we couldn't get the heating adjusted down and the temperature remained 23 degrees. Maybe we were doing something wrong. Luckily we only spent 3 days there. Also the directions and address were hard to find because I had assumed this was a block of serviced apartments like SACO and it was just one or more apartments in a normal... More

This is the second time we stayed at this one bedroomed apartment, right on the waterfront at Bristol's floating harbour. We found them originally looking for a hotel to stay in whilst in Bristol. We stayed 4 nights this time and the quality and position are perfect. Underground secure parking included in the price-less than 90 pounds a night. It... More

After 2 very uncomfortable nights due to an awful lumpy mattress, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The sheets were notably grubby - have they ever been changed? I also requested internet but no one called round for the 2 days I was there. This was in spite of me calling twice to head office. Very disappointed with... More
