This place is the biggest con going . They advertise bed and breakfast but don't tell you that you have to bring your own breakfast with you and cook it yourself. I will be taking legal advise against them as it is just a big rip of.

We were looking forward to our stay early October to watch the Rugby World Cup in Cardiff. We were really happy to have found this place as all other properties in the area were either fully booked or unreasonably expensive. Today we received an email advising us we couldn't be accommodated due to building works. Building works being scheduled for... More

Booked for one night on a self catering basis. We were greeted at the gate and shown to our room. Double bed, super clean bed linen and towels. Plenty of coat hangers. Clean bathroom with a good sized hot shower. The communal kitchen was well equipped and the tea and coffee was unlimited (unexpected bonus). Will defiantly stay again.

Never stay at this place!! It is not a B&B; no breakfast provided. I do not know how they got a double bed into the room. There are no cupboards for storage. It is almost impossible to move around the bed. Above all, the host was cursory, with minimal explanation about what was where. In the morning, she reluctantly took... More

This place is truly awful. We booked 2 nights in May and left after one . We had booked a double room a long time before our trip. When we arrived, we were informed there was no double rooms available. The room was tiny, we had to pack our suitcases up and stand them on end to fit in the... More

OK, this place is now a self catering guest house and not a B&B (which we knew when we booked) and is on the average side all round. We paid £55 per night. There is a lot I could say against this place but the price (very cheap) is holding me back, however, a few points I would mention that... More

This place has recently changed to a self catering guest house but the booking sites have not updated so you may get a shock if you're expecting breakfast. Second surprise for me was that despite being billed as en suite, there is no shower in the room (toilet & basin only). This is not the owners fault, misleading ad by... More

Great cottage, very welcoming, homely, comfortable, spotlessly clean. Nice decor. Yummy breakfast, with lots of choice. Access to kitchen. Keys and codes for constant Access. Everything you need. Amazing value for money!!

stayed overnight with 2 friends. room did not have windows but the beds were VERY comfortable. location is very far from the city center and there weren't much happening around the vicinity which makes the place quiet and peaceful - ideal for a good nights sleep. we chose to have breakfast which was very good. the host was not very... Booked this online for a short visit in Bristol to see a friend. It was not a 20 min walk into town as described online it was a good 20 -25 min drive into city centre. It's on the outskirts of Bristol on a main road with nothing much nearby, you really need a car to get around if you... More
