I have stayed here several time on business trips and with the family and usually it represents a cheap and cheeful stop over place. However, my recent experience has been poor to the point where I would not recommend or return again. The room I booked was cheap enough, but no cheaper than several alternatives in the area but the...

I know travelodges are basic accomadation but at the end of the day you want somewhere clean, and quiet to sleep, we booked in late afternoon, the receptionist did have a problem finding out key but it was done with humour etc, our room was clean and had enough pillows unless you like 3 or 4 but i know you...

It's a Travelodge, which means basic, convenient and cheap. If you pay £29 for one night's accommodation and expect more than the absolute basics then more fool you. My only "gripe" with this chain is the extortionate £10 for 24 hours wi-fi charge, in this day and age this should be free. So, if you want basic, convenient and cheap...

Another Travelodge with a good standard of accommodation. Stayed over several weeks and throughout the rooms were good and well kept, no noise from the A1 or from the other guests. My only issues involved the location as there are no facilities nearby apart from a Little Chef and a service station. Anything else requires a drive into St Neots...

My room was nice and clean, the price was brilliant (I booked in advance and got it for £15 per night).
Only trouble was when I arrived after a 300 mile drive, after booking 2 months in advance, they told me they had overbooked and were going to have to send me to a hotel in bedford city centre. No...

We stayed 2 nights and got a cheap rate of £12 per night. On arrival we needed 2 extra pillows which were immediately produced by a very pleasant young lady on reception. We later found we only had one set of towels for 2 people, but coped. We returned late for our second night to find that the room hadn't...

used several other travelodges but this was by far the worst one i have stayed in. Room was dirty, stains on the upholstery, mould in the bathroom, noise from upstairs. wont go there again.
Arriving at 1pm we were told, very brusquely, that we could not check in until 3pm unless we paid £10 extra - good start!
The room was standard, but very noisy being in front of the building off the black act roundabout.
A problem with the light in the bathroom was fixed promptly, but the shower/bath taps seemed to be...

We booked 2 nights: the first for £19 and the second for £29 (we can't complain for value). We only needed the room to sleep in as we were out in the day. The room was clean and our requirements were taken care of. The only downfall was that you had to pay extra for a breakfast (£5 pp) and...
