Very noisy fridge at night, turn it off. The room looked a lot bigger on-line so I wish we had looked before paying. No microwave, cooking equipment, utensils or plates, also you couldn't cook anything. If you needed to wash your cups you had to do so in the bathroom. (yuk). The room was so tight and small we spent... More

Motel is handy to public transport and also motorway. Our room was a good size, was expecting it to have microwave, Reception staff bought one up to our room as well as plates and cutlery. Room had a balcony and a ceiling fan, which worked well, as it was quite warm in our room. Bathroom was a good size, lovely... More

We stayed for just one night while visiting a relative. It was ok - a bit impersonal but reasonably clean and well equipped. The bathroom was excellent. Location is not very pretty but extremely convenient.

I had an urgent trip to Auckland at North Shore Hospital. This motel was about 50 metres from the entrance to the hospital. the spa unit was spacious, bed comfortable and spa great. As other reviewers have noted we did turn the fridge off overnight, noticed some road noise, and the unit had no utensils or cooking facilities. Units were... More

If you need to be handy to the North Shore hospital well then this is the place to stay. It is only a five minute walk to the hospital. The rooms are apartment with everything you should need whilst in the area. There are local shops and within a five minute a choice of several places for something to eat.

Spent one night here, having chosen the motel for its convenient location and was not disappointed. Room was of a good size, with a large, comfortable bed. Very quiet, considering the busy traffic outside. The person at reception was friendly and helpful. Had a great meal at a Malaysian restaurant down the road in Milford.

I stayed in this motel on business and found it pleasant and comfortable. The location is good and underground carparking is provided, which is very convenient. I was impressed with the very helpful and friendly staff. The gentleman at the desk carried my bags up to my room for me and was most helpful during my stay. The room was... More

Was here for a quick overnight stay and was certainly on a par with expectation. Room was clean, quiet and sizeable. Bathroom was spotless and everything worked. Entry to the establishment is tricky and could be better sign-posted...the building is prominent but a few u-turns had to be negotiated before the car park was accessed. Not a huge car park... More

Stayed here for a week and we did have a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is a basic place but everything was in working order and we had no problems at all with cleanliness. Also, the people at reception were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely return to this motel should the occassion arises.

Desk staff very friendly, even though it was busy with school netball teams, the room was quiet.... not to much noise was heard from other people. Parking was a bit of an issue, car parks small and was busy so at one stage we had to wait for a car-park to come free... no car-parking on road that we could... More
