This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The majority of the staff are rude, the food in the restaurant is bland and if you dare to try and go in for lunch you will have to wake up one of the many waitresses sleeping across the chairs or drag them away from the TV for... More

We stayed in Kampong Chhnang for a night in April 2014. It's right on the main Highway which was under construction right outside the hotel, which in a way was good as the traffic noise was non-existent. We had a room on the first floor right at the front of the hotel and our WIFI was excellent. We has the... More

We spent 2 nights in Kompong Chhnang in July 2013, the hotel is on the main road to Phnom Penh. I think we paid $15 a night for a large a/c room with on suite with free wifi. The room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels. We had a meal in the restaurant the food was good. The staff... More

I spent four weeks in Cambodia and this hotel was good in most respects -- clean, everything shiny new, large rooms, AC working, wifi working, hot water actually hot, and so on. The first floor rooms on the left must be awful as their windows face onto the restaurant. Fortunately I was on second floor. The staff really tried hard... More

Good clean rooms and hot showers. This is all you need for a good stay. Stayed here overnight whilst visiting Samaritans Purse projects in the province. An easu=y walk to the markets and the local shops

The hotel is nice and clean and the restaurant serves good food. Kompong Chhnang - or espacially the riverside - is very charming. Absolutely worth a day or two - or a very long daytrip - from Phnom Penh.

As the other reviewers have said, this is a decent hotel for a provincial town in a poor country. It is what passes for a business hotel in rural Cambodia- you get AC, a comfortable bed, hot water and a lobby full of hardwood carvings and other environmentally irresponsible decorations. At $15 for a double, it is reasonably priced and... More

The room was ok, we paid 15 $ a night for a double with AC. In the morning the sun was getting in from all the windows and AC wasn't really working.... (room 202) bathroom not very clean with rubbish from former customers in the bin... location is ok, maybe 15 minutes walking to bus station. We saw a few... More

Classic cambodian business hotel. No frills really, but comfortable enough for the money you pay. The hotel is a bit outside of the main part of the city and the walk from the city center to the hotel is a bit spooky at night as there are no lights on the street, but it's no big walk (maybe 10 minutes... I asked about a fan room and was quoted the price I expected, but went up to see a fan room on the top floor, on a corner with two windows and it was SO hot, an absolute oven. No way could I stay. Also it was near a dining hall and I thought there might be noise from there.... More
