Just got here...had that dirty feeling as soon as we walked in...checked the bed and found a letter under the mattress dated Sept 2007....creepy...everywhere else in town is booked up...think we might sleep in the car! more

I couldn't have been more disappointed with this choice if I tried! The lock on the sliding glass door did not work, the doors between the parking garage and the rooms did not lock, there was no air conditioning or even a fan in the room, the water smelled of sulphur, and ... there were ants in the room. Moved the TV and behind it was an incredable amount of mold...probably a dangerous amount. After some complaining we were given a new room but no compensation. Only once we mentioned we took photos did they give us a free night. more

We recently returned to the noted hotel and found our room to be better then the last 2 times we spent here. The construction (remodelling) seems to be away from the rooms. Our room was clean but still needed some updated touches. The tubs are old, the faucets look like they came from another demo and the kitchen's need finshing.... more
