Like early explorers who once named this area, we found this great place by chance. Unlike those first sailors, who surely found themselves struggling to escape the confines of the seemingly endless waterways, we could have stayed forever. Being late march, we found these cottages quiet, charming and cozy. The cedar cabins have a classic west coast charm and are... More

Spent 2 nights here over Thanksgiving weekend. I was blown away by the resort. Our cabin was immaculate, fully stocked, and quite large. The best feature of this resort is its location and proximity to the ocean (Okeover Inlet). Cabin 5 had a huge wrap around deck. It was so peaceful sipping coffee in the morning and staring out at... Well, we were lucky enough to score a Living Social coupon for this Resort. It is about 3 KM outside the tiny Village of Lund. RIght at Mile 0 on Highway 101. You MUST go to this little Village, it is spectacular. We ended up with an upgraded cabin due to some issues and the upgrade included a HOT TUB!!... More

We arrived by boat and rented cabin #5 as two couples for four nights. We were doing day trips into Desolation Sound and this was the perfect base camp. It was quite a hike up from the dock with food and gear for four days, but well worth the sweat. Josephine helped us as much as she could but it... More

Clean comfortable accommodation with amazing vistas. Josaphine couldn't have been more helpful. We did feel that maybe the chalets will need to be upgraded soon to keep the resort as wonderful as it can be.

Just back from a couple of nights in the resort's signature apartment (room 8-2). The building itself is fantastic, albeit the walls are paper thin and our room literally shook (i kid you not) when the couple downstairs came home last night. The structure is on stilts and i can only imagine that contributed to this very strange sensation. We... More

Wonderfully out of the place quiet resort on Okeover Arm. We stayed there in early April so the weather was only so-so but the setting was epic. As has been mentioned a few times, owner Josephine could not be more forthcoming or helpful with ideas and information. The free use of kayaks is awesome (but something we couldn't take advantage... The resort is quiet and tucked away. The resort and the wooden chalets are showing their age, but were comfortable and well stocked. Josephine was very friendly and helpful. the complimentary use of the canoes and kayaks was a real boon, as Okeover Arm is a great place for paddling.

My wife (now) and I have travelled independently and together a lot in our lives and I can say that this was the best place we could have asked for during our honeymoon. I booked the #2 cabin months before we got married and stayed there from Sept 4th - Sept 8th this year. The weather was great, at night... More
