We had a Lakeside room compared with a squeaky door, that squeaked the whole night when someone came home. Above us we had very loud "neighbours" we could hear them having fun :-(, which is very annoying with 3 small children who asked, Mum, what are they doing???????? Why is he screaming like that? The air-conditioning was build in the... More

I want to first apologize that you were not 100% satisfied with your stay at the Bayshore Inn. We strive to provide service and quality and i am sorry we failed you. I am terribly sorry that your neighbors were noisy, i know that can be frustrating as i have small children myself. We have 24 security and in the... More

First of all, what's not to love about Wateron? Hands down one of t favourite Canadian destinations. Bayshore Inn is a great location and pretty good acomodtions. We had. Fairly good partial view of Watertn Lake. I would stay again simply for the location.

After my fiance proposed we went here for a vacation. It was the perfect time of year for us being as it was end of the season. The weather was superb. The rooms aren't obviously the fanciest rooms ever but your not paying for that. What your paying for is the veiw. It's pretty much the only hotel that has... More

We have been regular visitors to the Bayshore Inn at Waterton since 2008. The rooms are simple but comfortable, most with balconies or 'sitting-out' areas and many with good views of the lake or mountains. The parking is safe and convenient. A main attraction for us is the excellent grill room restaurant. We have always enjoyed our meals there. It... More

We got a two room family suite with a waterfront view after coming in from Glacier Natl Park. Room was very clean, nice, and having a separate room for the kids was a great option--I don't think we found many other lodgings with that option. The waterfront view was fairly obstructed--lots of trees, but the water/wave background sound was very... More

After a long ride from Calgary we arrived to Watertown, a small town with beautiful views. The hotel is located just next to the lake. The room was OK, had a refrigerator and Wifi facilities. The breakfast was good and we even had a dinner which was very good. We were the last visitors of the season, so many stores... More

Excellent location in town within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, marina, waterfalls and lake. Views of water and mountains from rooms with included balconies. Rooms were large with included refrigerators. Internet connection is inconsistent. Televisions in rooms but get very few channels. Beds were comfortable.

Clearly the rooms are not the attraction at this hotel, the view and proximity to the little town of Waterton Village is the main attraction. The staff was most helpful and accommodating. The gift shop was nice and the restaurant was fine. The lakeshore walk behind the hotel was fabulous. Plenty of shopping within a couple of blocks and plenty... More

We stayed at this Inn on October 4/5,2014, in room 263. This review is more of a room critique then anything. Everything about this hotel was great except the room we had. The heat for whatever reason was cranked up on full blast when we first got in and it was sweltering hot. We unpacked as much as we could,... More

I want to first apologize for the noise above you on that end of the hotel . We do have management quarters above those rooms and generally they are quite. They have been spoken to and again i truly apologize . The housekeepers are to check the thermostat and make all rooms at a comfortable temperature for arriving guests. I... More

We only stayed here for a single night in a family suite. Suite was roomy and generally well set up, with a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. A couple of things jarred with the general quality of the room, however. The small bedroom, though very comfortable, had no reading lamp available for reading in bed. Apart from the overhead light,... More
