The room we had was a decent size, but an awkward layout. Furniture and bed were adequate but nothing to write home about. All together it was an ok experience but there were some things that could be better. Price was a little high for what you get, but that is to be expected in a small resort town. Service... More

Deluxe King suite was very nice with a fire place in the siting area and the bed room. Large King bed and very comfortable. They supply a DVD player and a large selection of DVD's at the front desk for free. I would have rated it higher but the small restaurant they have in the lobby had good food but... More

This trip was a little last minute planned and yes - in the middle of winter! Waterton as many reviews have written is quite closed down - only one or two hotels open as well as very limited dining options. A very very quiet place in the winter as many of the information pages or any other type of research... More

We booked a romantic suite for 2 nights. When we arrived the pathway was covered with ice with a slip and fall as result. The reception was professional but cool. The room was clean but cold. It took about 45 min before we could take our coats off. There was some confusion about the breakfast being included in the price... More

Waterton is absolutely beautiful. It's very deserted in the winter - most everything shuts down, but I had heard they had some really good snowshoeing trails around there, so we went for our anniversary. So glad we did. The town is very quiet, but the hotel was very cute and cozy. Two fireplaces in the room, which was nice, and... More

Waterton Glacier Suites is located just a few blocks from the waterfront of this small in-park village, and from its "sister", the Bayshore Inn, destination of most tourist buses. Glacier Suites is more of a motel than a hotel, very quiet, its receptionist able to give us his full and very helpful attention. The bedroom and living room of our... More

We stayed here in mid-August for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was fairly quiet. The wifi is very spotty and the TV reception leaves a lot to be desired. The furnishings are dated and the layout of our suite was awkward. Housekeeping was so so. The attendant at the front desk was friendly and helpful. From... More

The suites are a decent size and are within a good-looking building. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The furniture and decor are nothing to write home about but was in good condition. The 'jacuzzi' is really a small bath, just big enough for one person. We had some issues switching on the fireplace in the bedroom and... More

This property was fine and I would conservative staying there again. It has had some updates but still doesn't seem like good value with an off season rate of $144 and up. The hotel would benefit from some staging and interior design. The curtains are out of date and mis sized. The furniture scale is also off and the photos... More
