We got married here and couldn't have been happier with the whole scenario. The park was really busy as we were 1 of 3 weddings that weekend, but it didn't interfere with our plans and everyone had a great time. Since we booked really early there was enough rooms for everybody. I like that the rooms are divided up into... More

Average hotel room, it could use some updates like a flat screen TV, new carpeting, decorating and linens. The room was stuffy and the AC was noisy. It was just an OK room - we were only there one night and that was enough for the price we paid. Had to walk a short distance to room from parking lot.... More

I was visiting with my husband and dog. We decided to pay more money for a nicer room. Bad decision. The room was very small, badly appointed with thin towels and linen. The carpet was filthy. The air conditioner/heater was noisy and interrupted our sleep. We did talk to the front desk who said they have it cleaned the next... More

Never been before, didn't know what to expect. Anniversary weekend getaway. The 'resort' is not on the 'beach' but that is only a block away and an easy walk. Check in was easy, efficient and quick. The rooms are in individual buildings that house multiple rooms, but nothing like the 'long hallway' experienced in hotels. Free parking outside your unit(s).... More

The double queen room with the kitchen and separate living room was perfect for our family holiday. The kitchen was recently renovated. There were lots of visitors to Waterton but much less crowded than Banff and just as stunning scenery. The front desk staff were very helpful and the room was spotless.

Pros: very good location. Magnificent park. Nice front desk clerk and staff Hot showers with good pressure Mattress ok. Bit soft. Cons Had to pay $45.00 to get into the park for 3 days. No way around it. You have to enter the park to get to the hotel. Much higher than US. Couldn't get in until 5:30 due to... More

The hotel is well located having all restaurants lake and other enmities quite close to the hotel but the rates are very high for the kind of rooms they have and the kind of service they gave we were asked to wait 90 min after the check in time though we arrived earlier

Check-in was great. And this is where is went down hill. Arriving at our room we we hit with an overwhelming smell of Indian curry, which stayed till lunch time the next day. The carpets were disgusting, looked like a mechanic shop. We have stayed in hostels when we were younger and this was in the top 3 worst places... More

Hotel is in a great location for walking to main street, boat launch and playground. Good kitchenette. Nice pool. Wifi dismal. Daily housekeeping dismal...we had to call them first day. They only made one of the two beds. Second day they gave us fresh towels and I made the beds. Were told they were short staffed. They did respond well... More

I stayed here with my family-younger aged kids. The double queen with kitchen was ideal. It included a living space that was separate from a kitchen, with a further room containing the beds. It was basically a condo that looked relatively recently upgraded.
