We had a room on 1st floor, queen with kitchenette. The TV reception stinks, 2 channels. The ceiling fan above bed was COATED with what looked like a years worth of dust. The shower only turned on or off, with no possible way of adjusting water temp(and the water was scalding hot). The room above us, we heard them walking... More

There's a common thread in reviews of this property dating back a couple of years, and that is the need to spend some money on it. We just spent a night in their most inexpensive room and were not expecting a lot. In fact it was very cozy and warm on a chilly, windy night. Not a bad price for... More

We found this motel to be a very dreary environment, even in the presence of Waterton's beautiful scenery. Stained rugs, tacky plastic flowers, a non-working TV, a rock/weed strewn front area, a broken stair with exposed nails on the porch (looking like a lawsuit about to happen), torn screen door. It didn't help that my husband saw a chipmunk in... More

This isn't a fancy place, but it is one of the cleanest and most comfortable places I have ever stayed at. The front desk was delightful and eager to point out things to do and places to dine in the Village. Yes,the price is high, but you have to remember you are paying a lot for the location. I certainly... More

This lodge is situated at the end of village so you will have to walk about a mile to get to marina or downtown shops and restaurants. Nice place but overpriced as are all the hotels in this area. The girl Sabrina at the front desk was little rude and would not let us check in even an hour earlier... More

This is a pleasant place to stay right on the edge of the village in Waterton Lakes National Park. It's cozy rather than fancy, but the rooms are clean and there are some pretty delicious cookies offered in the lobby in the afternoon. I liked the large deck-like front porch with its view of the lake. We were in Waterton... More

Just stayed here for one night, the room was quite small with limited space for clothing, the shower was functional but on the small side I've had bigger on a cruise ship,on the plus side the wifi is free.Location wise it was very easy to find with no parking problems and everything was within a 5 minute walk. Normally I would rate... More

We loved the Crandell Mountain Lodge, quiet and peaceful during our entire stay. Never heard a thing and they were completely booked. Our room and beds were clean and comfortable. Able to walk to everything in town. Look for the fresh cookies when checking in...they are available everyday!

Stayed here this time as the rooms where the only ones available. Small and cramped but your there to sleep and shower so it was good. I had a 2nd floor end unit with a vaulted ceiling which makes it feel smaller than it is as it comes down at an angle to just above the headboard on beds. The... More

Simple country style furnishing with the quirkieness of a small town motel. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. We had room 2 which had a comfy queen bed, fireplace and kitchenette. There is deck at the front where one can barbeque with some tables and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Hot and cold water in the shower, no tub,... More
