This no-frills cozy country inn is a great deal in Waterton. The location is great -- you're in walking distance to Cameron Falls as well as the restaurants and amenities of the town site. The staff were very helpful and took their time to answer our questions and make us feel welcome. The hotel has rustic, albeit slightly dated, country... More

Beautifully appointed with wifi, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker & coffee, huge bathroom and room with 2 queen beds. This room was large enough that all of these things did not make it feel crowded. Within walking distance of town for all the restaurants and shopping. Great location, good value, friendly staff.

We had a gorgeous room with comfy two queen-sized beds, a huge bathroom complete with tub, a fridge, wifi and a most-helpful desk person. The lodge is right in the middle of town, walking distance to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed the luxury, especially since we had just spent a week in one of Glacier National Park's rustic cabins! :)

we staid for 3 nights to hike in Waterton National Park. Location is good, walking distance to everything. The room had a small fridge and a microwave oven, no toaster. We we not impressed by the service though: - no information on hiking, were told to go to Parks Canada office. - we brought a burnt lamp bulb to the... More

Our booking was for two night but the lodge only had us down for one night. We were given an upgrade for the second night and the staff could not have been more helpful, moving our things from one room to another to save us having to spend time moving ourselves. Whilst the lodge is "rustic" it provided the amenities... More

We stayed for a week. There were several of us families and we did our best to keep all our bikes and scooters out of the way- they never complained. It is old and creaky so take a top room. There was plenty of hot water, towels, and free cookies in the office in the evening- never got a chance... More

My wife and adult daughter and I stayed at Crandell Mountain Lodge in a two bed apartment with kitchen and fireplace in the sitting/dining area. The location is in the town of Waterton inside the park gates, so is convenient to all amenities. The lodge is older but it was clean and quiet, the beds were new and comfortable, and... More

We stayed in the one-bedroom kitchenette with queen bed June 9-11. As previous reviews stated, the rooms could definitely use upgrading. It feels a bit like you're sleeping at grandma's house, complete with slightly outdated décor and flower wallpaper. The lights dim when you use the microwave and the kitchen area floor drops off into the bathroom which is a... More

We love Waterton as it is off the beaten path and very natural. We found a great deal on Travelzoo.com and booked in June, before busy season. We were delighted with the accommodations as well as the lack of crowds. Most establishments were open, restaurant selection was good. Wildlife sightings were awesome, we saw bears, sheep, deer, bison and tons... More

Together with another couple we spent four delightful days in this lodge. The ambience of the lodge and the weather cooperated for our stay and made our decision to return in the future an easy one. Check-in was a breeze and Sabrina, the desk clerk at the time, was extremely helpful and provided us with many tips as where to to... More
