The Aspen Village is in a great location, and allows for a quick walk into town. The room was very clean and had extra towels. We found the cleaning staff to be very helpful but we cannot say the same for the staff checking us in - they were disorganized, inexperienced and not very friendly. As for the room -... More

This town is sited at one of the most beautiful places on the planet. It's a spot you should see. Just stay elsewhere or sleep in your car. We stayed in a first floor room in the two-story building (not the cottages). Parking here is inadequate. Arriving after an afternoon hike and you will have to park on the street.... More

When my room was not suitable I went to Tonny at the front desk. He cheerfully and capably helped me out. He is a wonderful customer service rep and a great asset to your hotel. Our time in Waterton was very pleasant and that had a lot to do with his help!

After spending a week in Waterton with our family, it was definitely hard to leave. We had a great location with a wonderful family unit at Aspen Village. There was a great outdoor upper deck patio with beautiful flowers and fantastic sunshine to enjoy the views. The staff was incredible making us feel like we were home away from home!... More

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend, It was very expensive for a mediocre room that hasn't been updated in years. The bathroom had rusty exposed pipes as well as a bit of mold in the caulking. The kitchen was very old as well! What was most disappointing was the service I received. I wandered over to the hotel... More

Wandered in here for a one night stay. My wife and I stayed in one of the newer rooms. It was a reasonable room at a reasonable price in a very pricey town. Clean, comfortable and a great location. Would probably stay here again on a return trip

spent 3 nights in a cabin 32, the beds were very comfortable, lots of towels, staff pleasant. Location great, But for the cost we had to ask for tea towels and dish cloths but came when asked for, the shower curtain is too short ,hard too shower and keep floor dry, microwave set up way too high for a person... We arrived without reservations and were greeted promptly. They were able to a room to us prior to checking in. Rooms were nice and clean although carpets were worn they were clean. We had complimentary coffee, fridge and TV. Internet was sporadic due to all the Mountains surrounding us, they do offer alternative for $6.99 but I didn't find it... More

Stayed two nights here while on a Titan Tour and it was a big disappointment. Waterton is a stunningly beautiful place but sadly this hotel is not. It looks tired, and the carpets on the upper landings are so badly laid they are dangerous. Our room had clearly had some refurbishment but the bathroom had strips of paint hanging from... More

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, the kitchenet great and there was nothing to complain about. It is not stated when you book, but you are allowed to use the hot top and pool at the rec center. So it is well worth it. Only down side. The front counter staff was kinda unfriendly.
