I don't leave trip advisor reviews as a matter of course but having booked this property largely on the basis of reviews on this site I thought I should leave my views! We know the Peak District well and travel there often. Well priced 'boutique' B&B rooms are hard to come by so we were really looking forward to our... More

Cracking little spot to base our Peak District adventure. Smart, clean room. Great breakfast and easy to find. Would recommend it to anyone. My only complaint is that they don't state on their website that the hot tub is £70 per day to hire!! ... naughty naughty. Otherwise beautiful.

We searched high and low for a site where a number of friends could choose a type of accommodation to suit their preferences and budgets and all be near each other. With camping, pods and yurts, holiday homes and B&B, this was it. We opted for B&B. The room (room 2) was beautifully presented. we were a tad jealous of... More

It is a lovely position overlooking the Dales, just off a road but no traffic noise at all. The room was very well appointed, but a bit noisy with doors not being shut and just letting them bang, the breakfast menu was comprehensive cooked to order, staff very helpful and always smiling. The time we stayed the pub was only... More

Thank you for your review and kind words. The doors are fire doors and have to be self-closing - which makes them very solid and sound proof when closed , but noisy if people let them slam shut, we will look at possible solutions for this. The hot tub is washed and disinfected between every use, but lives outside or... More

We were really disappointed with our stay at Peak District Spa over the May bank holiday weekend. The name and description on the website are highly inaccurate - it is in no sense a spa ...there are some old hot tubs that have been abandoned and are not currently available - that is it. I am currently looking into whether... More

We wanted a small, friendly venue for a wedding with 28 guests and we had stayed at the Rivendale Caravan site next door so knew the venue was in a picturesque location. The building is attractive and the wedding room absolutely lovely. The staff there are very pleasant, friendly keen to accomadate what we wanted for our informal-as-possible wedding. We... More

We stayed for a weekend and were really impressed with the room itself. New and clean, comfy bed, big bathroom with a great tub, robe and slippers, fluffy towels. We had a balcony with a view onto the land that was gorgeous - we sat outside and drank tea, watching the cows go by. The adjoining pub has pretty good... More

We stayed three nights in room 2 and had a wonderful weekend. We took our bikes as this B&B is a stone's throw from the Tissington Trail. Our room was beautiful with a large en-suite, it was spotlessly clean and more comfortable than many 5 star hotels we have stayed in. We ate in the bar on our first night... More

We have just returned from a 2 night stay in this lovely B&B. The rooms are beautiful, modern (looks like it's been very recently refurbished) and spotlessly clean with underfloor heating. The cooked breakfast was fantastic - there was also a great choice for the continental breakfast. There is also a cafe and a pub on site (the pub was... More

Just back from a short stay in the Bed and Breakfast rooms at Peak District Spa. We thought that the rooms might be a bit rustic being in the middle of nothing but stunning countryside: think again - our room was on a par with 5* hotels around the Med. The only downside was that the bathroom was a little... More
