Yes, it is a bit out-of-town, up the winding roads from the lovely town of Amalfi in Italy, but the views of the Tyrrhenian Sea & the Amalfi Coastline from your room at this small, charming B&B will take your breath away! The service, under the watchful owner Pasqua (who is a charming, eccentric character that you will love), is... More

Before we book a holiday we always check reviews about the Hotel we will be staying in. We decided to book at the Al Pesce D Oro to spend our 6 nights in Amalfi and I can tell you that we did the best choice in booking this B&B.I have a 23 years experience in Hotel business and I worked... More

We've just returned from a wonderful week, making Al Pesce d'Oro our base, to tour the Amalfi Coast. The family-run B&B with excellent restaurant is ideally situated just outside Amalfi and offers free car-parking, a real bonus in this area. We were welcomed on arrival and shown to our lovely room with a balcony overlooking the sea, just behind there's... More

Great friendly place to stay. Small B&B with a family atmosphere. Rooms good but with the smallest showers in civilization. But the family owners have been there for three generations and are very good at making visitors feel at home. Location ... 3 km along the coast from Amalfi. On the main road but not noisy except for the occasional... More

I spent three beautiful days at the Pesce D'oro, and it was the best holiday I've had in years. Rooms offer a spectacular sea view, are nicely furnished and super clean. I was traveling on my own and never felt alone: the owner's family and staff made me feel at home by caring if I need anything, offering a lift... More

We spent a delightful 9 day vacation at this family run B&B. We were warmly greeted on our arrival and shown to a large comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Clean and well appointed. With the convenience of having a restaurant on the ground floor serving delicious breakfasts and meals throughout the day. The owner made us feel... More

We stayed two nights and had a wonderful romantic time. The room was very nice with a large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and the Amalfi coast. We arrived by car and appreciated the free parking available which would have been virtually impossible in Amalfi town. Heading to Amalfi either by foot or bus is easy. After our initial shock driving... More

We spent two nights here and found the rooms clean and comfortable. Slept very well and enjoyed the breakfast provided from the terrace. Was definitely nice sipping coffee and looking out over the Mediterranean Sea. They offered to drive us to town and explained how to use the SITA bus to get back to the B&B....it worked beautifully. Most enjoyable... More

We stayed at Pesce d'Oro for one night and were very pleased with our room. It was comfortable, clean, and included a terrace that looked off into the Mediterranean. The hotel had free WiFi and the staff was very accommodating of us, especially when our plans changed at the last minute. The one thing to be aware of is that... More

We had an incredible time here. Loved the location! It's close enough for non-lazy people to walk to Amalfi, yet far enough to get away from the crowds. There's a bus stop across the street, too, and the staff will give you a ride to Amalfi if you ask, so you never need to use a car. People! You miss... More
