We arrived on a Friday afternoon expecting to be directed to out pre booked and paid electric pitch, however instead we were told that they weren't sure they had an electric pitch available. After some Time the warden directed us to a pitch in front of the main field tap and told us to pull our tent as far away... More

So it's been a few years since I've been camping at a dedicated site other than music festivals, and this was a nice way to get back into it. Two decent sized fields in a beautiful part of the world, one set aside for open fires and barbecues and another closer to the facilities, and then a strip of pitches... More

Having not camped since childhood and my husband never having camped at all, we decided to test a tent given to us by a friend at a reasonably local site for one night. In searching the web we found this campsite an hour from us. Reviews were fab so we booked it,and I am so glad we did. The couple... More

Loved it here, friendly staff, exellent facilities, unbelievable rates, nice peaceful local views, sites, and scenery. Will definitely go again, for longer next time. The kitchen area was eden like, lots of leaflets, and other info, lots of plug points, hot showers, clean bathrooms, and wonderful gardens.

We sought a south Central campsite with a relaxed feel and nice loos for a family celebration. Stonehenge not only fulfilled this but we were so impressed by the campers kitchen! All the staff I met were friendly but William went the extra mile... spotting the kids having a water fight he arranged a hose and sprinkler in the middle... More

Stayed here for one night to see Stonehenge before heading off to Glastonbury. Shame we couldn't stay for longer, really nice place. Alone in a field apart from one other tent, pitched near to the facilities for ease in the night. Have to say the best facilities I have had the pleasure of using. Brand new ladies block, spotlessly clean,... More

We stayed here last August as my birthday trip. When we arrived had to find someone to greet us and lady we met wasn't too happy. We were showed to our pod which was absolutely lovely! No show around facilities. On booking it was stated that we will have a bbq available so we had our meat ready to cook... More

My extended family & I have been camping together on the bank holiday every year for 26 years now. With a large group (20 people plus a dog) and mixed pitch requirements - which this year included a motorhome, a campervan and a mixture of tents, with half requiring electric hook-ups - it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a...
