Our one bedroom room was very spacious, clean, and inviting. With wifi, two tvs, kitchenette, and two washrooms, you couldn't ask for much more. The restaurant was fantastic. I would recommend the Salmon. Again the views were wonderful from every table.

Lovely hotel with great views, gas fireplace, in-room bath tub and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I wouldn't normally spend $150 on a room for just myself, but it was totally worth it. Didn't try the restaurant, but was able to cook a meal in my room in a kitchen facility that was decently equipped. No... More

Had an absolutely amazing girls night at the Moon Water Lodge! We checked in to the stunning room (Room 10 corner suite), and were thrilled to find everything sparkling clean, comfortable, and it exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn't get enough of the breathtaking view, I can say with confidence it is one of the best in the world.... More

The highlight was sitting in the bathtub gazing out over Finlayson Arm. The bath was the perfect size for 2! Had a loft bedroom and when we arrived (10 pm), there were milk and cookies from their bakery ~ which I highly recommend! Had breakfast twice and dinner once. The food was excellent and the service fantastic! Can't wait to... More

A great place to stop for great Fish & Chips or Burgers around Lunch. Quick service, Great Dark beer( Hoynes). What else could you ask. Kudos to our server Derrick. This place is near the summit of the Malahat 20 mins north of Victoria BC

Fantastic room with fireplace and soaker tub and big comfortable bed. The view from the room is beyond stunning. Come here for a night and forget the world for a while. The owner/operator was on hand to take care of everything we needed.

My family and I have stayed in this lodge twice now - both times as late night drop ins - having to call the owners cell number to see if she could take us. Both times Lori was cheerful and accommodating with a big welcoming smile. The rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean and are clean, bright and... More

I am blown away by the service of the hard working couple that have taken over ownership and management. The visit was a surprise trip by my boyfriend for our anniversary and Laurie went above and beyond to accommodate every little detail with him. Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on Mondays and as the date of our anniversary was a... More

A friend booked the Lodge for me as it was close to where I had to meet up so I was expecting basic accomodations, I was in for a very pleasant suprise. I stayed in a loft style suite which had a huge living area containing a tub right at the window overlooking Finlayson Arm. The bed and bedding were... More

A romantic overnight celebrating my wife's birthday, the Moon Water Lodge was a great experience. We enjoyed a beautiful fall dinner, cared for by the owners! Our night included a warm comforting fireplace, a soak in the 2 person tub looking at the stars and the moon reflecting on the water, and a restful sleep in the loft! Strong wifi... More
