I think it was an older room (ie not one of the more recently renovated). A bit musty - had to crack open my antihistamines. My room was a little tired, bed not a cushion top but bed was clean enough. New flooring. Old TV. Fridge good. Wifi didn't work. Bathtub had burns or stains or something - I didn't... More

Not many options in this very small charming town which is home to the storied Sign Post Forest. This is a good one with clean rooms. However, lady running desk at night is a bit odd and hotel has weird no trash policy so can't find a garbage can anywhere near lobby. No ice machines for guests. Restaurant is expensive... More

We had a very comfortable rest after a long Cassiar hyway trip to Watson Lake. We had been truck camping on our way from Wisconsin to Seward. The rooms were clean, comfortable and updated. The staff was very accommodating, especially after I discovered I left my orthopedic pillow, when much further down the hyway. Rowena went above and beyond to... More

We had a great experience at Andrea's Hotel. The staff were very accommodating and took the time to help us in every way they could. There was never a "NO" to any request. We truly appreciated their helpfulness and kindness. Rowena and Giann went above and beyond, thank you!

Pulled up at around 11pm and they had a room available for us. Front desk clerk was very nice. The room was clean and had laminate flooring which was a plus! The room for us was very warm. Drawback was the guest in adjacent room [next to room 131] had their tv on all night on high volume until we... More

Watson Lake is relatively a small place and does not have a lot of lodging options available. When I got here just about every place was booked up and I was tired of camping So after a long day on the motorcycle and without any reservation, I was delighted that I found a room at this place. They seem to... More

Another family traveling the ALCAN. We did not make reservations and were able to get a nice 1st floor room. Desk staff friendly and helpful. Rooms decent in size, a little old fashioned which makes the stay that much more enjoyable. They are in the process of updating some things but overall good facility for the Yukon. Beds were comfortable,... More

Motorcycling from Alaska back to Boston we had several pleasant surprises. This was one of them. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, comfortable bed and a fair price. They have a on site restaurant (we did not use) and laundry. Supermarket across the street where we bought our breakfast goods.

We didn't stay here but did stop for breakfast. Do not eat here. The coffee was so awful, we didn't have our travel mugs filled. The sausage that accompanied my breakfast was a large flat white something which smelled. I took one bite and couldn't swallow it. The hashbrowns weren't brown. I ate the scrambled eggs and toast. I have... More

Thanks for the heads-up about the food but I think it contradicts to what the previous reviewer had said. It's was so strange when you said a lot of bad things about the café where you actually ate and gave praises to the one you've never seated and tried the foods. All you got there was coffee and that's it.... More

I've been to "A nice hotel" and had the luxury room with the Jacuzzi and full en-suite. The place was a bit run down, there was scum on the Jacuzzi and the sheets smelled a little. Overall I got what I expected in a small town Hotel. I've also been the "The Big Horn" which was slightly better but my... More
