Cozy Nest Hideaway is only a short drive off the highway and I would highly recommend stopping there on your Alaska Highway trip. It is operated a little different than most B&Bs with not a furnished breakfast in the morning. Cozy Nest had snacks when you arrived and a refrigerator and cabinet with breakfast items. Very quite location and nice... More

We were 2 separate couples and stayed with Cindy and Gordon once when going to Whitehorse and once on the return! They were very welcoming and the accommodation is very extremely clean. There is only one bathroom but staying with friends it was not a problem. Gordon offered to take us out on the lake but we had to decline... More

Roughly 8KM north of Watson Lake, on paved highway 4, you'll find the Cozy Nest Hideaway. The owners where very friendly and had me checked in and set up with a room in no time. The upper level of the house is used as the owners home, but the basement, with walk out, has 3 clean bedrooms and a large... More

This is a small place but has a lot of charm to it. It is right on the lake and has breath taking views! I didn't have any problems with the room or that it was a shared bathroom. The breakfast was small but you could eat whenever you wanted. I got pulled over the day I was arriving and... More

We booked a night on our way to Whitehorse. The B&B has three rooms - two large with queen beds and one with twins. There is one large common bathroom with a shower. Unfortunately we had booked the one with twins. It was tiny, uncomfortable and lacked space for our kit. Fortunately, no one else was there that evening, so... More

My husband and I stayed here one night while traveling through. We originally planned on tenting but the forecast predicted snow that week so we booked a night at the Cozy Nest Hideaway. The owners were on vacation so we made arrangements with the couple who was housesitting. The location is out of town right on the lake so it's... More

We stayed just one night - heading South after a week in Whitehorse - and Cozy Nest was an unexpected delight! It was May - the lake still frozen, with a fringe of open water along the shore - and the air cold and clear and calm. We stayed in the downstairs room, but we sat outside watching the twilight... We enjoyed our one night stay there. We were met by Cindy who showed us the layout, let us choose the bedroom that we wanted (as it turned out we were the only guests that night). Very pleasant couple who have been in the Watson Lake area for almost 30 years. Room was clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable. The... More

This is a lovely spot, quiet and pretty in a town which is quite frankly not worth staying in for anything other than passing through. The downstairs room, bathroom and lounge area was delightful, clean and spacious but it could benefit from being screened off more completely from the owners upstairs by a door. There was very poor insulation for... More

Cindy greeted me warmly and showed me the house and to my room. The entire lower floor of the house is dedicated to the B&B; there are 3 bedrooms although she told me she doesn't always rent all three, depending on the guest situation since there's only one shared bathroom. (I happened to be the only guest for the one... More
