A gorgeous, restful property, wonderful breakfasts and nice people! What more do you need, really? Proximity to kayaking? Majestic Ocean has that too. As a veteran travel writer, I can honestly say that our stay here was one of the best we've ever experienced.

This was our first trip to Vancouver Island. Majestic Ocean Bed and Breakfast was very accommodating. It was well within walking distance to many attractions. The breakfasts were excellent and we enjoyed the company of the youth that prepared the food. We took one of their whale and wildlife tours and enjoyed it very much..this was our first time doing... We were lucky enough to find this lovely gem to spend the last couple of nights and it was such a wonderful experience. We had the upper deck room, which they graciously gave us at a slightly cheaper rate as there were just the two of us. The view was just beautiful and serene, we enjoyed seeing deer grazing the... The rooms are in the lower part of the house, opening onto a patio right beside the inlet. It is very peaceful, and each room has its own character. A lovely breakfast is served in the common lounge area adjoining one of the rooms.

We celebrated our 25th Anniversary at this place and we have absolutely no regrets!!! A positive memorable experience all around. Our room "The Henry Vicker's Room" was cosy, but very well appointed and clean. Everything in the room from furniture, to linens, towels and toiletries were top quality! The owner's and staff were incredibly nice, hospitable and knowledgeable. The breakfasts... More

I booked this B&B online. I found the initial room I was booked into did not live up to my expectations. The Emily Carr room was considerably smaller than what the online pictures showed. Camera lenses often make places appear to be much larger than they actually are. The room was smaller than expected. I have only had one other... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at this fine Bed and breakfast. We had the Emily Carr room which is blessed with a fine bed. Right next door is a den family room with fridge, TV, and office space where we had fabulous breakfasts each morning. Tracy & Ted were friendly gracious hosts who gave good advice on restaurants,... Tracy and Ted provide the best service in every way possible. The layout of their B&B provides comfort, tasteful decor, privacy, easy accessibility in/to the guest rooms, and a welcoming central breakfast/relaxation/TV area dedicated for guest use only. I stayed in the Emily Carr room (the bed IS HUGE when traveling solo) and if the other rooms are half as... More

We stayed in the Emily Carr room, it has the biggest bed we've ever slept in. Wonderful breakfasts with so much to eat. Tracy & Ted are great hosts as are all the staff. We had a few days here before our six day kayak trip to Clayquot Sound and three more afterwards to rest from the trip. We will... More

Sitting in the hot tub looking at the eagles is wonderful and the breakfast is great. You fall asleep with the sound of sea lions right outside you window (that alone impress a Danish family :)) and the service is excellent in every aspect!! The Best B&B!
