What can I say about the Canadian Princess? I've been going for 6 years now every summer and love it. It's a relaxed place with great staff and most of all, the fishing is awesome! There boats must be the best on the coast and they know where to find fish. When you think of what you would pay to... more

If this is how they run their business, it's a wonder they get any clients! After the 4 of us paid $1400.00 for a stay here, we got SHAFTED and lost it all. I guess they make money no matter what, especially on international guests. If their guests have to cancel, THEY GET PAID!!! Do your research, think about it,... more

We stayed at the Canadian Princess for one night before sea kayaking. The main market of the resort is fishing trips and you need to bear this in mind if you want to stay as the rooms do smell a little fishy! The rooms were clean and well-maintained, however the mustiness did become a bit of a joke! The staff... more

There are two parts to this review. The booking experience, and the actual hotel stay. Booking at the Canadian Princess was something of an unexpected chore. Calling the general number for their parent company yielded an answering machine telling us to leave a message, or call back during business hours. It *was* during business hours, but we never got a... more

We started coming to this resort about 5 years ago. We go back every year. The fishing is amazing, the crews on the boats are knowledgeable and there for the customers. Some years we catch a lot of fish, others we don't but that's just fishing. Sometimes the water is calm, and sometimes its boiling, but that is the ocean,... more

Booked this trip with a group that goes every year on Labor Day weekend. Had a pretty good time, very quaint and friendly town, good staff. The captains and deckhands were very knowledgable and put us right on the fish. Caught 5 silvers, 3 kings, 1 ling cod, and 1 halibut. Was only able to keep 2 silvers as all... more

We are locals and had guests visiting from Edmonton. We went to dinner at the Princess on the Sat. evening. Had an excellent meal. Sunday the 4 of us went fishing with a group. We all limited out. Had excellent trip with crew of the Pachena Princess, Warren and Carey. Sorry they're closing for the season. more

In answer to trip advisor from Sammamish..........They use those lures...'cause they WORK. I have visited the Princess on numerous occasions..and have been spoiled "Rotten" every time. Furthermore...I have limited out (Along with everyone on the boat)...every time. Next time....take your OWN secret lure along. The accomodations, crew, fishing, value are unsurpassed. more

We did a drive-in but you can fly in from Vancouver as a package deal. Excellent accomodations whether you stay on board the ship or in the condo's. The boat's were well looked after and the deckhand's were very professional. Overall the package deal is excellent value.accomodations ,2 7hour fishing trips for salmon or halibut and they clean it and... more
