We stayed here for one night - bed was super comfy, room was nice and clean, views were lovely to see! We had a nice little deck to sit out on and watch the scenery and wildlife in the evening and morning. The room was arranged for us by friends, so we didn't have any interaction with staff to talk... We got a deal to stay here two nights at the tail end of the peak season. We just needed a place to rest our heads between our time out adventuring in Ucluelet and Tofino. We had a standard two queen bed room. The beds are very comfortable. We had a wonderful night's sleep the first night and the second... More

Friend of mine stayed in this location 3 years ago and had a terrible experience which included the loss of his fish (from deep see fishing) by the hotel staff. We recently observed reviews that showed this establishment had made improvements so I decided to try this resort with friend ( hence 2 couples ) booked a four day stay... More

I`m so sorry to hear about your experience at the Canadian Princess Resort. I assure you we do make improvements to the resort every off-season. This year we installed new ice machines at the buildings, have begun repainting the interior of our rooms, and installed new bathroom vanities, sinks and faucets in 20 rooms. We have plans for a number... More

We were in Ucluelet for 3 weeks of deep sea fishing on our own. One of the days we came inland to do some shopping in town. We couldn't help but notice the huge Canadian Princess on the waters edge and had to come aboard to check her out. As my friend and I were exploring the ship, one of... More

We showed up at the Canadian Princess Resort fresh off the beach at Tofino. We had booked it, quite frankly, because at $98 in high season it was less expensive than most, the rooms looked big, and and it looked interesting because of the ship permanently moored behind it. Got into the room and found that the cold water tap... More

I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour. The room was large and had a great view of the bay and the mountains. It was a bit dated but I thought it was good for what I wanted and I would recommend staying here. There's a cafe across the road for breakfast.

Although the resort was full the evening we tried to get a room, Maureen at the front desk went out of her way to try to help us. We really appreciated her friendly attitude. We will have to give them a try next time!

This was our first trip to Canadian Princess and Ucluelet. We are so glad we went, and will definitely return next summer. The rooms are basic, but clean. The staff are great. I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay at the Canadian Princess Resort. It sounds like between Painter’s Lodge and the Canadian Princess you went home with a lot of fish! The fishing this season has been fantastic so I’m not surprised. We always hear rave reviews from our guests about the Delta boats. They’re a great way to experience some... More

We asked for a cute little harbor inn and that's exactly what we got. It is very simple, no A/C or WIFI, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Yes, it smelled a little fishy, but you're in a harbor, so what do you expect? Besides, you got used to it. It was in a great location,... More
