Booked this trip with a group that goes every year on Labor Day weekend. Had a pretty good time, very quaint and friendly town, good staff. We are locals and had guests visiting from Edmonton. We went to dinner at the Princess on the Sat. evening. Had an excellent meal. Sunday the 4 of us went fishing with a group. We all limited out. In answer to trip advisor from Sammamish..........They use those lures...'cause they WORK. I have visited the Princess on numerous occasions..and have been spoiled "Rotten" every time. Furthermore...I have limited out (Along with everyone on the boat)...every time. Next time....take your OWN secret lure along. The accomodations, crew, fishing, value are unsurpassed. more

Went there with 3 other people , 1st night went rockfishing, got 3 ling and 3 rockfish, 2nd day went salmon fishing 18 people on boat only 2 salmon caught useing the same lure as rockfishing was told the salmon were scattered and just drop it to bottom and see what was down there . We did a drive-in but you can fly in from Vancouver as a package deal. Excellent accomodations whether you stay on board the ship or in the condo's.
